Claims (12)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kontinuiranih bazaltnih vlakana, koji obuhvaća korake:
- uvođenje krutog šaržnog materijala koji se uglavnom sastoji od bazaltne stijene za pripremu kontinuiranih bazaltnih vlakana u talionicu;
- taljenje krutog šaržnog materijala u talionici podvodnim izgaranjem da se dobije tekuća talina;
- pri čemu se zidovi komore za taljenje sastoje od dvostrukih čeličnih zidova odvojenih cirkulirajućom tekućinom za hlađenje;
- ispuštanje tekuće taline izravno u uređaj za oblikovanje bez ikakvog intermedijarnog koraka rafiniranja, i formiranje barem dijela tekuće taline u kontinuirana bazaltna vlakna.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što sirovina sadrži 45.0-60.0 mas.% Si02, 12.0-25.0 mas.% Al2O3, 5.0-25.0 mas.% ukupnog željeznog oksida izraženog kao Fe203, ukupne lužine 2.0-6.0 mas.%, 5.0-25.0 mas.% CaO, 4.0-25.0 mas.% MgO i 0.0-5.0 mas.% TiO2 i količine ostalih oksida u tragovima do 100%.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se zidovi komore za taljenje sastoje od dvostrukih čeličnih zidova odvojenih cirkulirajućom vodom za hlađenje.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se toplina rekuperira:
- od vrućih isparenja i / ili od tekućine za hlađenje; i / ili
- od vrućih isparenja za prethodno zagrijavanje sirovina.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se najmanje dio taline kontinuirano ili šaržno povlači iz taline.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što talionica sadrži najmanje jedan potopljeni plamenik, i navedeni najmanje jedan potopljeni plamenik kontrolira se tako da održava talinu u turbulentnom stanju tako da volumen turbulentne taline bude najmanje 8% , poželjno najmanje 10%, poželjnije najmanje 15% više od razine na kojoj bi talina bila da ne gore plamenici i posebno kada se radi tako da se ne stvara značajan sloj pjene preko vrha razine taline.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se potopljeno izgaranje izvodi tako da se u talini generira u osnovi toroidalni obrazac protoka taline, koji ima u osnovi okomitu središnju os okretaja, koji obuhvaća glavne središnje konvergentne tokove prema unutrašnjosti kod površine taline; talina se kreće prema dolje u blizini okomite središnje osi okretaja i recirkulira uzlaznim pokretom natrag na površinu taline, definirajući tako u osnovi toroidalni obrazac protoka.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što korak taljenja obuhvaća taljenje krutog šaržnog materijala, u potopljenoj talionici za izgaranje izlaganjem taline obrascu protoka koji pokazuje u osnovi toroidalni obrazac protoka taline u talini, koji sadrži glavne središnje konvergentne vektore protoka prema unutrašnjosti na površini taline, pri čemu je središnja os okretaja toroida u osnovi okomita i posebno pri čemu prema dnu taline, vektori protoka mijenjaju orijentaciju pokazujući vanjske i zatim gornje komponente, tok protoka taline određuje se simulacijom pomoću analiza računalne dinamike fluida.
9. Proizvodna oprema za proizvodnju kontinuiranih bazaltnih vlakana koja se sastoji od potopljenog talionice za izgaranje (1) koji se sastoji od zidova komore za taljenje (3) (19) i najmanje jednog potopljenog plamenika, i opremljena je ispustom ili dodavačem sirovine (10) i izlazom za talinu (9), i uređaj za kontinuirano oblikovanje vlakana (20), pri čemu zidovi komore za taljenje (3) sadrže dvostruke čelične zidove (19) odvojene cirkulacijskom tekućinom za hlađenje, poželjno vodom, pri čemu su potopljeni plamenici za izgaranje (21,22,23,24, 25,26) raspoređeni na dnu taline u bitno prstenastoj zoni plamenika, poželjno na krugu plamenika (27), i pri čemu je talina izravno praćena uređajem za oblikovanje (20) bez ikakvog intermedijarnog koraka rafiniranja.
10. Oprema za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 9, naznačena time što su plamenici (21,22,23,24,25,26) raspoređeni s razmakom između susjednih plamenika od 250 - 1250 mm, povoljno 500 - 900 mm, poželjno 600 - 800, još poželjnije 650 - 750 mm.
11. Oprema za proizvodnju prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 10 naznačena time što je svaka os plamenika i / ili vektor brzine taline koja se kreće prema gore ili u blizini potopljenih plamenika malo nagnuta od vertikale, na primjer za kut koji je ≥1 °, ≥2 °, ≥3 ° ili ≥5 i / ili koje je ≤ 30 °, poželjno ≤ 15 °, poželjnije ≤10 °, posebno prema središtu talionice (1).
12. Oprema za proizvodnju prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačena time što je svaka središnja os plamenika nagnuta kutom vrtloženja u odnosu na okomitu ravninu koja prolazi kroz središnju okomitu os talionice i središte plamenika, pri čemu je kut vrtloženja ≥1 °, ≥ 2 °, ≥3 °, ≥5 ° i / ili ≤ 30 °, ≤ 20 °, ≤ 15 ° ili ≤ 10 °.
