Claims (12)
1. Filtarski sklop koji ima cjevasto kućište i filtarsku napravu koja ima otvoreni kraj i zatvoreni kraj i smještena je u i pruža se uzdužno unutar cjevastog kućišta, gdje cjevasto kućište sadrži prvi spremnik za miješanje, gdje prvi spremnik ima otvoreni kraj i zatvoreni kraj; i drugi spremnik za prihvaćanje filtrata, gdje drugi spremnik ima otvoreni kraj i zatvoreni kraj; gdje je filtarska naprava tako oblikovana i smještena da je opkoljavaju navedeni prvi i drugi spremnik, gdje filtarska naprava može zatvoriti svaki od otvorenih krajeva prvog i drugog spremnika kada je tako smještena da se tamo pruža uzdužno, tako da je opkoljeni filtarski sklop načinjen gdje filtarska naprava sadrži rešetkastu strukturu od ukriženih unutarnjih i vanjskih izduljenih elemenata, pri čemu rešetkasta struktura omeđuje sustav pora, gdje se vanjski izduljeni elementi nalaze prema van od filtarske naprave u odnosu na ravninu pora, pri čemu se osiguravaju rebra na vanjštini rešetkaste strukture tako oblikovana i smještena da osiguravaju filtar prve razine za veće čestice, naznačen time što su vanjski izduljeni elementi dodatno tako oblikovani i smješteni da osiguravaju jednu ili više dodatnih razina filtriranja za manje čestice prije navedenih pora, kroz koju mogu proći još manje čestice, gdje su vanjski izduljeni elementi tako oblikovani i smješteni da imaju jednu ili više bočnih stijenki oblikovanih na stupnjeviti ili neravan način kako bi osigurali najmanje tri razine filtriranja.
2. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što rešetkasta struktura od ukriženih unutarnjih i vanjskih izduljenih elemenata sadrži unutarnja rebra, koja se pružaju uzdužno u smjeru od zatvorenog kraja filtarske naprave do otvorenog kraja filtarske naprave; i vanjska rebra, koja se pružaju poprečno u odnosu na unutarnja rebra.
3. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što navedena unutarnja rebra u najmanju ruku djelomično omeđuju navedene pore rešetkaste strukture.
4. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2 ili 3, naznačen time što se vanjska rebra pružaju uglavnom obodno oko u najmanju ruku značajnog dijela filtarske naprave.
5. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, 3 ili 4, naznačen time što je između dva susjedna vanjska rebra načinjen kanal, gdje navedeni kanal omeđuju dijelovi svakog od navedena dva susjedna vanjska rebra, te što će navedeni kanal djelovati kao filtar prve razine za veće čestice i osigurava jednu ili više dodatnih razina filtriranja za manje čestice prije navedenih pora.
6. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što svako od vanjskih rebara ima dvije bočne stijenke, od kojih je svaka oblikovana na stupnjevit način, tako da je između dva susjedna vanjska rebra načinjen otvor s najvećom vanjskom širinom (a), najmanjom unutarnjom širinom (c) i jednom ili više širina između navedene najveće vanjske širine i navedene najmanje unutarnje širine, tako da filtarski sklop može osigurati najmanje tri razine filtriranja.
7. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što svako od vanjskih rebara ima dvije bočne stijenke oblikovane na stupnjevit način, tako da je između dva susjedna vanjska rebra načinjen otvor s najvećom vanjskom širinom (a), najmanjom unutarnjom širinom (c) i međuširinom (b), manjom od navedene najveće vanjske širine i većom od navedene najmanje unutarnje širine, tako da filtarski sklop može osigurati tri razine filtriranja.
8. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 7, naznačen time što najveća vanjska širina (a) neravnog otvora načinjenog između dva susjedna vanjska rebra sadrži filtar prve razine od oko 1 mm; međuširina (b) otvora načinjenog između dva susjedna vanjska rebra sadrži filtar druge razine od oko 440 µm; i najmanja unutarnja širina (c) neravnog otvora načinjenog između dva susjedna vanjska rebra sadrži filtar treće razine od oko 220 µm.
9. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što svako od vanjskih rebara ima dvije bočne stijenke, što je jedna bočna stijenka uglavnom ravna, te što je druga bočna stijenka oblikovana na stupnjevit način, tako da je između dva susjedna vanjska rebra načinjen otvor s najvećom vanjskom širinom (a), najmanjom unutarnjom širinom (c) i jednom ili više širina između navedene najveće vanjske širine i navedene najmanje unutarnje širine, tako da filtarski sklop može osigurati najmanje tri razine filtriranja.
10. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što svako od vanjskih rebara ima dvije bočne stijenke, što je jedna bočna stijenka oblikovana na prvi stupnjeviti način, te što je druga bočna stijenka oblikovana na drugi stupnjeviti način, gdje su dvije bočne stijenke različitog oblika, tako da je između dva susjedna vanjska rebra načinjen asimetričan otvor s najvećom vanjskom širinom (a), najmanjom unutarnjom širinom (c) i jednom ili više međuširina (b) između navedene najveće vanjske širine i navedene najmanje unutarnje širine, tako da filtarski sklop može osigurati najmanje tri razine filtriranja.
11. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što zato jer filtarska naprava može zatvoriti navedeni prvi i drugi spremnik filtarski sklop kada je zatvoren je konfiguriran za prisilno filtriranje djelovanjem centrifuge.
12. Filtarski sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što filtarska naprava ima glavu, tijelo koje sadrži rešetkastu strukturu, te zatvarački dio tako oblikovan i smješten da pristaje u i zatvara otvorene krajeve prvog i drugog spremnika, gdje tijelo koje sadrži rešetkastu strukturu ima oblik poprečnog presjeka uzet u ravninu kroz vanjske izduljene elemente rešetkaste strukture koji je općenito u obliku kruga, šesterokuta ili kojeg drugog mnogokuta.
