Claims (8)
1. Ručni kirurški alat (1) za uklanjanje biološkog tkiva, koji sadržava:
• šuplji vanjski cilindar (14; 32), koji je na jednom kraju zatvoren (17), pri čemu se u predjelu kraja (17) na površini plašta vanjskog cilindra (14; 32) stvara rezni prozor (16; 33);
• šuplji unutarnji cilindar (18; 35; 40), koji na prvom i na drugom kraju ima otvor (19, 20) i može se koaksijalno pomicati unutar vanjskog cilindra (14; 32), koristeći pogon između dva krajnja položaja (VE, HE), pri čemu u prvom režimu rada prednja strana (26) prvog kraja tvori reznu ivicu (27) s reznim prozorom (16; 33) vanjskog cilindra (14; 32);
pri čemu unutarnji cilindar (18; 35; 40) u području prvog kraja na površini plašta ima prvi rezni otvor (21; 36; 41) i konfiguriran je tako da se može zakretati prema vanjskom cilindru (14; 32), naznačen time, da se okretanjem unutarnjeg cilindra može postaviti drugi režim rada, pri čemu su rezni prozor (16; 33) vanjskog cilindra (14; 32) i prvi rezni otvor (21; 36; 41) unutarnjeg cilindra (18; 35; 40) konfigurirani tako da formiraju još jedan rezni rub (29) i pri čemu je predviđen uređaj za zaključavanje (4) koji pričvršćuje unutarnji cilindar (18; 35; 40) u odnosu na vanjski cilindar ( 14; 32) u zadanim načinima rada i osigurava protiv okretanja.
2. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time, da unutarnji cilindar (35; 40) u području prvog kraja na površini plašta ima barem drugi rezni otvor (37; 42), koji se razlikuje od prvog reznog otvora (36; 41) širine (B) i / ili duljine (L), te da se uređajem za zaključavanje može postaviti barem treći način rada, pri čemu su rezni prozor (33) vanjskog cilindra (32) i drugi rezni otvor (37; 42) unutarnjeg cilindra (35, 40) konfigurirani tako da formiraju barem jedan dodatni rezni rub.
3. Ručni kirurški alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da rezni otvor (37) i / ili rezni prozor (33) imaju rezne rubove (34, 38).
4. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da rezni otvor (42) i / ili rezni prozor imaju oštre kutove (43).
5. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da je barem jedna površina (39) koja tvori rezne rubove oblikovana tako da je konkavna i / ili konveksna.
6. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se krajnji položaji (VE, HE) mogu pomicati i fiksirati duž osi cilindra.
7. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se može postaviti brzina hoda unutarnjeg cilindra u odnosu na vanjski cilindar.
8. Kirurški ručni alat u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se vanjski cilindar (14) i / ili unutarnji cilindar (18) mogu zamijeniti cilindrima koji s različitim reznim prozorima i / ili reznim otvorima.
