Claims (9)

1. Ekstraktorski ventil (1) za doziranje napitaka, koji sadrži pokretni element (13), smješten unutar učvršćenog elementa (2) s pneumatskim klipom (4), namijenjen bušenju bačve ili spremnika (28), naznačen time što: – učvršćeni element (2) sadrži, na svom gornjem dijelu, poklopac za zatvaranje (3), koji također služi za spajanje navedenog pneumatskog klipa (4) sa spojem s navojem (22) na klipnjači pneumatskog klipa (4), gdje navedeni pneumatski klip (4) sadrži ventil s aktuirajućom zavojnicom (5), koji se prilikom upotrebe izravno spaja s programirljivom upravljačkom pločom (7) električnim žicama (6); – navedeni učvršćeni element (2) je konfiguriran za spajanje s cilindrom (8) s ugljičnim dioksidom: • preko ulazne cijevi (9), spojene s ulaznom vezom (10) nepovratnim ventilom (11); i • s cijevi (12) u komunikaciji s ventilom s aktuirajućom zavojnicom (5); – pokretni element (13) sadrži, na svom gornjem dijelu, zabravljujući tuljac (14), gdje navedeni zabravljujući tuljac (14) sadrži senzor (15) s plovkom (41), izravno spojen s programirljivom upravljačkom pločom (7) navedenim električnim žicama (6); – pokretni element (13) je, prilikom upotrebe, spojen sa sustavom za doziranje napitaka: • uz pomoć poplavnog pitona (16), spojenog sa slavinom za doziranje napitaka (18) preko spojnog uređaja (17), koji se spaja s poplavnim pitonom (16) ili kontaktnim pitonom (19); – navedeni pokretni element sadrži ventil za ispuštanje (20); – učvršćeni element (2) i pokretni element (13), spojen unutar učvršćenog elementa (2), je čvrsto spojen zatikom (21), umetnutim između zabravljujućeg tuljca (14) pokretnog elementa (13) i spoja s navojem (22) na klipnjači pneumatskog klipa (4).
2. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što učvršćeni element (2) sadrži kućište valjkastog oblika s unutarnjom šupljinom (23), sa strojno načinjenim žlijebom (24), smještenim uzdužno u odnosu na navedeno kućište, gdje navedeno kućište sadrži: • na svom gornjem dijelu, dvije izbočine (27), koje se nalaze pod 180°; • na srednjem području, izbočenje s navojem (25), namijenjeno spajanju drške poluge (26) s ulaznom vezom (10); i • na svom donjem dijelu, okretno djelujuće strojno načinjeno sidrište (29), namijenjeno spajanju s bačvom (28).
3. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što poklopac za zatvaranje (3) učvršćenog elementa (2) ima oblik prizme smanjene debljine, koja sadrži dva uha (30), koja se nalaze pod 180°, poravnana s izbočinama (27) kućišta učvršćenog elementa (2), koje sadrže na svojoj površini provrte s navojem (31) za spajanje s pneumatskim klipom (4).
4. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što pokretni element (13) sadrži valjkasto tijelo ventila, koje sadrži: • na svom gornjem dijelu, šupljinu (36), koja ima dio s navojem (37); • na srednjem području, distribucijski kolektor (32), koji sadrži slijepu donju vezu (38), gornju vezu (39) za ispuštanje, te bočnu izlaznu vezu (40) za spajanje s poplavnim pitonima (16); • izvana, na svom donjem dijelu, valjkasti dio manjeg promjera, s O-prstenima (33) i spojnu mlaznicu (35), koja se nalazi na njegovom slobodnom kraju; i • unutra, na svom donjem dijelu, kuglicu protiv kapanja (34), načinjenu od silikona.
5. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što zabravljujući tuljac (14) sadrži dva međusobno okrenuta produženja (42), koje na donjem kraju imaju dio s navojem (43), gdje navedeni zabravljujući tuljac (14) sadrži u svom središnjem dijelu provrt s navojem (44), gdje je smješten senzor (15).
6. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što spojni uređaj (17) sadrži okvir (50) s poklopcem za ulaz (51) i nasuprot njega poklopcem za izlaz (52), gdje oba poklopca (51 i 52) sadrže spojne konektore (53), gdje navedeni spojni uređaj (17) sadrži konektore za ogranke (54), namijenjeni spajanju različitih poplavnih cijevi (47), povratnih cijevi (46) i cijevi za napitke (48), koje prolaze unutar poplavnih pitona (16) i kontaktnih pitona (19), gdje je navedeni spojni uređaj (17) čvrsto zabrtvljen spajanjem okvira (50) i oba poklopca (51 i 52) kontaktnim ljepilom.
7. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što je veza između ekstraktorskih ventila (1) i spojnog uređaja (17) učvršćena poplavnim pitonima (16).
8. Ekstraktorski ventil namijenjen doziranju napitaka u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevima, naznačen time što je veza između spojnog uređaja (17) i slavine za doziranje napitaka (18) učvršćena poplavnim pitonima (16).
