Claims (11)
1. Sustav uređaja povezanih s vozilom koje nosi uređaj (1), kojeg se može upotrebljavati između redova biljaka (6, 7) u uzgoju vinove loze i voća, koji ima najmanje jedan obradbeni uređaj (8, 9, 12, 13, 16, 17), koji ima obradbeni element (10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19), čiji radni položaj se može podesiti u odnosu na vozilo koje nosi uređaj (1), te koji ima sredstvo (30-35), koje sadrži senzorske uređaje (20-28), namijenjene posve automatskom podešavanju radnog položaja obradbenog elementa (10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19) promjenama u zadanom radnom položaju zbog kretanja vozila koje nosi uređaj (1) između redova biljaka (6, 7) zbog odstupanja u položajima biljaka od poravnanja (40) redova biljaka (6, 7), gdje su senzorski uređaji (20-28) namijenjeni detektiranju položaja biljaka u odnosu na vozilo koje nosi uređaj (1) i također detektiranju promjena u položaju vozila koje nosi uređaj (1) do kojih je došlo od vremena u kojem su detektirani odgovarajući položaji biljaka, te gdje sredstvo za automatsko podešavanje (30-35) sadrži uređaje za kontroliranje radnog položaja obradbenog elementa (10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19), uključujući kontrolu na osnovi određenih promjena u položaju vozila koje nosi uređaj,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) sadrže senzor (20) za skeniranje područja u smjeru kretanja ispred vozila koje nosi uređaj (1) prilikom detektiranja i redova biljaka (6, 7) i određivanja položaja stabljika biljaka u redovima biljaka u razini tla, te prilikom određivanja potpunih profila tla, te što sredstvo za automatsko podešavanje (30-35) dodatno sadrži kontrolni uređaj (29), koji privremeno sprema vrijednosti mjerenja položaja i profile tla.
2. Sustav uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) su namijenjeni beskontaktnom detektiranju položaja biljaka, osobito beskontaktnom detektiranju profila tla.
3. Sustav uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) su namijenjeni beskontaktnom detektiranju položaja biljaka, osobito detektiranju profila tla, refleksijom elektromagnetskih valova, primjerice svjetlosnih valova i/ili radarskih valova.
4. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) su dodatno namijenjeni detektiranju položaja biljaka detektiranja položaja žica za napinjanje koje se pružaju po redovima biljaka (6, 7) i/ili markera pričvršćenih na biljke.
5. Sustav uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) su namijenjeni detektiranju elektromagnetskih valova reflektiranih od žica za napinjanje i/ili biljega i/ili koji su aktivno emitirani.
6. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) sadrže senzor (20), pričvršćen na prednju stranu vozila koje nosi uređaj (1), po mogućnosti po sredini vozila.
7. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) uključuju senzor (28), koji detektira put kojeg pokriva vozilo koje nosi uređaj (1) i može detektirati blokadu manevriranja.
8. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) dodatno sadrže senzor (21-26), instaliran izravno na obradbenom uređaju (8, 9, 12, 13, 16, 17) s obzirom na smjer kretanja, za detektiranje razine tla.
9. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) dodatno uključuju senzor (23-26), koji detektira razinu tla i nalazi se iznad traga kotača.
10. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9,
naznačen time što
senzorski uređaji (20-28) uključuju senzor položaja (27), koji detektira položaj vozila koje nosi uređaj (1).
11. Sustav uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10,
naznačen time što
sredstvo (30-35) za automatsko podešavanje radnog položaja obradbenog elementa (10, 11, 14, 15, 18, 19) sadrži kontrolni uređaj (29) koji istodobno obrađuje signale iz više senzora u stvarnom vremenu.
