Claims (15)

1. Postupak za poboljšanje hidrofobnih svojstava vlaknastog cementnog proizvoda koji sadrži najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu, te navedeni postupak sadrži korake: • osiguravanje vlaknastog cementnog proizvoda koji sadrži najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu; • nanošenje bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana na najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu; • omogućavanje da navedena bezvodna tekućina na bazi silana prodire u vlaknasti cementni proizvod.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedena bezvodna tekućina na bazi silana je navedena tekućina na bazi silana bez otapala.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se bezvodna tekućina na bazi silana primjenjuje na najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu u količini manjoj od 150 g/m2, više od 10 g/m2.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vlaknasti cementni proizvod je ploča od vlaknastog cementa.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što vlaknasti cementni proizvod je ploča od vlaknastog cementa koja ima najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu koja sadrži najmanje jedan žlijeb.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što profilirana površina sadrži veći broj utora koji su jednako raspoređeni preko navedene površine, te navedeni utori imaju jednolik smjer i ujednačenu dubinu.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 6, naznačen time što navedeni utori imaju trapezoidni poprečni presjek u presjeku prema ravnini okomitoj na smjer utora, navedeni utor ima ravno dno i dvije bočne strane, te su kutovi između dna i svake od navedenih bočnih strana u rasponu od 90° do 180°, ali nisu identični 180°.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se nanošenje navedene bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana provodi raspršivanjem navedene bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana na profiliranu površinu.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se nanošenje navedene bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana provodi četkanjem ili valjanjem navedene bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana na profiliranu površinu.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što osiguravanje vlaknastog cementnog proizvoda koji sadrži najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu obuhvaća osiguravanje ploče od zelenog vlaknastog cementa uporabom Hatschekovog postupka, i profiliranje najmanje jedne površine navedene ploče od vlaknastog cementa nakon stvrdnjavanja zelene ploče od vlaknastog cementa.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se zelena ploča od vlaknastog cementa stvrdnjava uporabom stvrdnjavanja u autoklavu.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što je profilirana površina osigurana glodanjem proizvoda od vlaknastog cementa.
13. Vlaknasti cementni proizvod, naznačen time što sadrži najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu dobivenu prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
14. Vlaknasti cementni proizvod prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što je vlaknasti cementni proizvod vlaknasti cementni proizvod koji je stvrdnut u autoklavu.
15. Uporaba bezvodne tekućine na bazi silana za poboljšanje hidrofobnih svojstava profiliranih površina proizvoda od vlaknastog cementa proizvoda koji imaju najmanje jednu profiliranu površinu.
