Claims (7)
1. Postupak odsoljavanja morske vode uređajem koji sadrži najmanje tri ploče (20), najmanje dvije otparivačke komore, od kojih svaku omeđuju dvije susjedne ploče (28, 29), te sredstvo za ulaženje (24), namijenjeno punjenju otparivačkih komora morskom vodom koju treba odsoliti, gdje je sredstvo za ulaženje pogodno za punjenje svih otparivačkih komora morskom vodom iz zajedničkog izvora (30), gdje je jedna od ploča svake otparivačke komore pogodna za rad kao otparivačka površina u navedenoj komori, a druga ploča je pogodna za rad kao kondenzacijska površina u navedenoj komori, tako da molekule vodene pare mogu slijediti najkraći put od navedene otparivačke površine do navedene kondenzacijske površine, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima:
– stvaranja pogodnog vakuuma u otparivačkim komorama prije radnje odsoljavanja;
– preddeaeriranja morske vode kojom treba napuniti otparivačke komore;
– puštanja preddeaerirane morske vode u otparivačke komore pod pogodno kontroliranim tlakom i temperaturom istima za sve otparivačke komore;
– puštanja da se vakuum u otparivačkim komorama održava sam tijekom radnje odsoljavanja.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što u svakoj otparivačkoj komori dolazi do prijenosa topline koji uključuje otparavanje, kojim voda apsorbira toplinu iz otparivačke površine i otparava, konvekciju, kojom vodena para prenosi toplinsku energiju do kondenzacijske površine, te kondenzaciju, kojom kondenzacijska površina apsorbira toplinu iz kondenzirajuće vode.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što svaka otparivačka komora sadrži više štapova za vođenje topline (23), koji toplinski povezuju dvije susjedne ploče (28, 29) i posreduju u slučaju prekida generiranja pare u otparivačkoj komori, u kojem slučaju bi se s izmjenom topline između dviju ploča (28, 29) nastavilo vođenjem topline kroz štapove (23).
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što su dvije od ploča uređaja krajnje ploče (21, 22), gdje postupak dodatno uključuje korak grijanja jedne od krajnjih ploča i korak hlađenja druge krajnje ploče.
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 4, naznačen time što korak grijanja uključuje protok morske vode.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je navedeni protok morske vode s vanjske strane uređaja za odsoljavanje, a morska voda u navedenom protoku nije deaerirana.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što korak grijanja uključuje grijaće sredstvo, a korak hlađenja uključuje rashladno sredstvo, gdje su grijaća i rashladna sredstva međusobno neovisna, kao i o deaeriranoj morskoj vodi koju se puni u otparivačke komore.
