Claims (9)
1. Sustav za spajanje/odvajanje vučne šipke s navojem sa/od sjedišta vučne šipke u pištolju za deformiranje elemenata za pričvršćivanje,
gdje vučna šipka s navojem (2) ima prednji kraj (2A), za spajanje s aksijalnom rupom s navojem deformabilnog elementa za pričvršćivanje, i stražnji kraj (2P), koji služi za spajanje sa sjedištem vučne šipke (3); gdje se vučna šipka s navojem (2), djelovanjem uljno-dinamičkog fluida, može tako aksijalno pomicati da odredi plastičnu deformaciju zadanog dijela elementa za pričvršćivanje, tako da blokira element za pričvršćivanje na odgovarajući zid, a djelovanjem motora se može vrtjeti u odnosu na os pomicanja, kako bi se omogućilo spajanje/odvajanje vučne šipke s navojem (2) s i od aksijalne rupe s navojem deformabilnog elementa za pričvršćivanje; gdje je sustav za spajanje naznačen time što sjedište vučne šipke (3) ima cjevasti tuljac (30), koji ima:
– prednju glavu (30A), koja ima geometriju krnjeg stošca i omogućuje pomicanje prednjeg kraja (2A) vučne šipke s navojem (2), i
– bočni raspor (4), koji se pruža uzdužno, koji omogućuje pomicanje prednjeg kraja (2A) i stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2), omogućujući umetanje stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) u tuljac (30) i poravnavanje vučne šipke s navojem (2) s osi (Y) tuljca (30);
gdje prednji kraj (2A) vučne šipke s navojem (2) ima geometriju valjka, a stražnji kraj (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) ima geometriju krnjeg stošca;
gdje su prednja glava (30A) i bočni raspor (4) tuljca (30) tako profilirani da omoguće pomicanje (T) i/ili nagibanje (R) vučne šipke s navojem (2) u odnosu na os (Y) tuljca (30) u koraku spajanja/odvajanja vučne šipke s navojem (2) s/od tuljca (30).1. where the threaded drawbar (2) has a front end (2A), for connection with the threaded axial hole of the deformable fastening element, and a rear end (2P), which serves to connect with the drawbar seat (3); where the threaded rod (2), by the action of the oil-dynamic fluid, can be axially moved to determine the plastic deformation of a given part of the fastening element, so that it blocks the fastening element on the corresponding wall, and by the action of the motor it can be rotated in relation to the axis movements, to enable the connection/disconnection of the threaded drawbar (2) to and from the axial threaded hole of the deformable fastening element; where the coupling system is characterized in that the drawbar seat (3) has a tubular sleeve (30), which has:
– the front head (30A), which has a truncated cone geometry and enables the movement of the front end (2A) of the threaded drawbar (2), and
– a lateral gap (4), extending longitudinally, which allows the front end (2A) and the rear end (2P) of the threaded drawbar (2) to be moved, allowing the rear end (2P) of the threaded drawbar (2) to be inserted into the sleeve (30) and aligning the threaded pull rod (2) with the axis (Y) of the sleeve (30);
where the front end (2A) of the threaded tie rod (2) has a roller geometry and the rear end (2P) of the threaded tie rod (2) has a truncated cone geometry;
where the front head (30A) and the lateral gap (4) of the jack (30) are profiled to allow movement (T) and/or tilting (R) of the threaded drawbar (2) relative to the axis (Y) of the jack (30) in the step of connecting/separating the threaded drawbar (2) with/from the sleeve (30).
2. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što sadrži element za vođenje kod pomicanja (T) i/ili nagibanja (R) vučne šipke s navojem (2) u odnosu na os (Y) tuljca (30) u koraku spajanja/odvajanja vučne šipke s navojem (2) s/od tuljca (30).2. 3. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što element za vođenje ima:
– umetak (5), pogonjen osovinom (50) aktivirajućeg motora i smješten blizu stražnje glave (30P) tuljca (30), te orijentiran po dijametralnoj ravnini tuljca (30),
– utor (6), načinjen na stražnjem kraju (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2), koji se pruža okomito u odnosu na dijametralnu ravninu vučne šipke s navojem (2),
gdje umetak (5), u koraku spajanja/odvajanja stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) s/od tuljca (30), može ulaziti u utor (6).3. System according to claim 2, characterized in that the guiding element has:

Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačen time što umetak (5) biva pogonjen osovinom (50) aktivirajućeg motora, uz ubacivanje elastičnog elementa (9), koji omogućuje spajanje umetka (5) s utorom (6) u koraku spajanja/odvajanja stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) s/od tuljca (30).4. 5. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3 ili 4, naznačen time što utor (6), načinjen na stražnjem kraju (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2), ima:
prvi ravni dio (61), koji se pruža pod nagibom u odnosu na os (X) vučne šipke s navojem (2), i drugi ravni dio (62), povezan s prvim dijelom (61), koji se pruža okomito u odnosu na os (X) vučne šipke s navojem (2).5. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što u koraku spajanja stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) s tuljcem (30) umetak (5) međudjeluje uzastopno s prvim ravnim dijelom (61) utora (6), a zatim s drugim dijelom (62); dok u koraku odvajanja stražnjeg kraja (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2) od tuljca (30) umetak (5) međudjeluje uzastopno s drugim ravnim dijelom (62) utora (6), a zatim s prvim ravnim dijelom (61).6. 7. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 4 do 6, naznačen time što ima:
prvi dio u obliku krnjeg stošca (71), kojeg u sebe prihvaća prednja glava (30A) tuljca (30); drugi dio u obliku krnjeg stošca (72), kojeg prihvaća stražnji kraj (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2); te što u konfiguraciji poravnanja vučne šipke s navojem (2) s osi (Y) tuljca (30) drugi dio u obliku krnjeg stošca (72) naliježe na prvi dio u obliku krnjeg stošca (71), a elastični element (9) pritišće umetak (5) na dio utora (6).7. 8. Elektro-hidraulični pištolj za deformiranje elemenata za pričvršćivanje, naznačen time što ima:
– aktivirajući okidač (8);
– vučnu šipku s navojem (2), koja svojim prednjim krajem (2A) zahvaća u aksijalnu rupu s navojem deformabilnog elementa za pričvršćivanje;
– sjedište vučne šipke (3), u koje može sjesti stražnji kraj (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2);
– uljno-dinamički sustav, koji sadrži uljno-dinamički fluid, cilindar, u čiju unutrašnjost ulazi klip, i aktivirajući element, koji, djelovanjem uljno-dinamičkog fluida, dovodi do aksijalnog pomicanja vučne šipke s navojem na takav način da odredi plastičnu deformaciju zadanog dijela elementa za pričvršćivanje, tako da blokira element za pričvršćivanje na odgovarajući zid;
– prvi električni mikromotor, koji upravlja tlačećim i popuštajućim hodom klipa unutar cilindra;
– drugi električni mikromotor, koji može zavrtjeti vučnu šipku s navojem (2), tako da spoji ili odvoji vučnu šipku s navojem (2) s ili od aksijalne rupe s navojem elementa za pričvršćivanje;
– u najmanju ruku elektroničku upravljačku jedinicu, koja može kontrolirati i upravljati prvim i drugim električnim mikromotorom;
– element za napajanje, koji električnom energijom napaja elektroničku upravljačku jedinicu i prvi i drugi električni mikromotor;
– sustav za spajanje/odvajanje vučne šipke s navojem (2) sa i od sjedišta vučne šipke (3) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 7.8. Electro-hydraulic gun for deforming fastening elements, indicated by the fact that it has:

– drawbar seat (3), in which the rear end (2P) of the threaded drawbar (2) can sit;
- an oil-dynamic system, which contains an oil-dynamic fluid, a cylinder, into which a piston enters, and an activating element, which, through the action of the oil-dynamic fluid, leads to the axial movement of the threaded rod in such a way as to determine the plastic deformation of the given part of the fastening element, so that it blocks the fastening element on the corresponding wall;
– the first electric micromotor, which controls the compression and relaxation stroke of the piston inside the cylinder;
– a second electric micromotor, which can rotate the threaded drawbar (2), so as to connect or separate the threaded drawbar (2) to or from the axial threaded hole of the fastening element;
– at least an electronic control unit, which can control and manage the first and second electric micromotor;
– power supply element, which supplies electricity to the electronic control unit and the first and second electric micromotor;
– a system for connecting/disengaging the threaded drawbar (2) to and from the drawbar seat (3) in accordance with any of claims 1 to 7.
9. Pneumo-hidraulični pištolj za deformiranje elemenata za pričvršćivanje, naznačen time što ima:
– aktivirajući okidač;
– vučnu šipku s navojem (2), koja svojim prednjim krajem (2A) zahvaća u aksijalnu rupu s navojem deformabilnog elementa za pričvršćivanje;
– sjedište vučne šipke (3), u koje može sjesti stražnji kraj (2P) vučne šipke s navojem (2);
– izvor stlačenog zraka;
– uljno-dinamički sustav, koji sadrži uljno-dinamički fluid, cilindar, u čiju unutrašnjost ulazi klip, i aktivirajući element, koji, djelovanjem uljno-dinamičkog fluida, dovodi do aksijalnog pomicanja vučne šipke s navojem na takav način da odredi plastičnu deformaciju zadanog dijela elementa za pričvršćivanje, tako da blokira element za pričvršćivanje na odgovarajući zid;
– pneumatički motor, koji može zavrtjeti vučnu šipku s navojem udesno ili ulijevo, tako da spoji ili odvoji vučnu šipku s navojem s ili od aksijalne rupe s navojem zakovice;
– pneumatički sustav, opremljen izvorom stlačenog zraka, koji ima ventilni element za upravljačko napajanje motora i za upravljanje tlačećim i popuštajućim hodom klipa unutar cilindra, radi povećavanja tlaka uljno-dinamičkog fluida do najveće zadane vrijednosti, odnosno smanjivanja tlaka uljno-dinamičkog fluida;
– sustav za spajanje/odvajanje vučne šipke s navojem (2) sa i od sjedišta vučne šipke (3) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva od 1 do 7.9. Pneumo-hydraulic gun for deforming fastening elements, characterized in that it has:

- an oil-dynamic system, which contains an oil-dynamic fluid, a cylinder, into which a piston enters, and an activating element, which, through the action of the oil-dynamic fluid, leads to the axial movement of the threaded rod in such a way as to determine the plastic deformation of the given part of the fastening element, so that it blocks the fastening element on the corresponding wall;
– a pneumatic motor, which can rotate the threaded drawbar to the right or left, so as to connect or separate the threaded drawbar to or from the axial threaded hole of the rivet;
– a pneumatic system, equipped with a source of compressed air, which has a valve element for controlling the power supply of the engine and for managing the pressing and releasing stroke of the piston inside the cylinder, in order to increase the pressure of the oil-dynamic fluid to the highest set value, that is, to reduce the pressure of the oil-dynamic fluid;
– a system for connecting/disengaging the threaded drawbar (2) to and from the drawbar seat (3) in accordance with any of claims 1 to 7.
