Claims (8)
1. Kompjutorizirana metoda optimizacije kvalitete zvuka u glasovnom stream između pošiljatelja I prijemnika VOIP aplikacije koje uključuju:
definiranje (100) putem vremenskih intervala prijemnika;
određivanje (140) putem prijemnika na kraju svakog vremenskog intervala da li postoji zagušenje, naznačen time što računanjem (130) i) jednosmjerno odlaganje i ii) trend jednosmjernog odlaganja, korištenjem dvostrukog eksponencijalnog poravnavanja; i
procjena (200, 220, 230) od strane primatelja propusnog opsega dostupna pošiljatelju temeljem navedenog izračuna;
slanje spomenutog procijenjenog propusnog obujma putem prijemnika pošiljatelju; i
pomoću pošiljatelja procjenjuje se propusnost maksimalno dopuštena brzina slanja.
2. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što navedeno određivanje (140) postoji li zagušenje obuhvaća određivanje da zagušenje postoji ako je izračunato jednosmjerno odlaganje veće od unapred definirane pozitivne konstante ili je izračunati trend veći od unaprijed definirane pozitivne konstante.
3. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 2, još obuhvaća određivanje razine zagušenja temeljem navedene izračunate vrijednosti trenda.
4. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, još obuhvaća korak određivanja (150) da li je potrebno napraviti procjenu propusnog obujma; i gdje se spomenuti stupnjevi procjene (200, 220, 230), slanja i korištenja obavljaju samo ako se utvrdi da je potrebno utvrditi procjenu propusnosti.
5. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što spomenuto određivanje (150) da li je potrebno napraviti procjenu propusnog obujma obuhvaća određivanje da li je unaprijed definirana vremenska duljina istekla od posljednje procjene propusnog obujma.
6. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što spomenuta unaprijed definirana vremenska duljina je vrijeme povratnog odziva.
7. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što navedeno određivanje da li je potrebno napraviti procjenu propusnog obujma obuhvaća određivanje da li se promijenilo stanje zagušenja.
8. Postupak sukladno patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što spomenuta procjena propusnog obujma obuhvaća:
a. Procjenu (200) dolazne brzine protoka;
b. ako ne postoji postavka (220) zagušenja procjena propusnog obujma kao većeg od procjenjene dolazne brzine protoka; i
c. ako postoji postavka (230) zagušenja procjena propusnog obujma kao manjeg od procjenjene dolazne brzine protoka.
