Claims (13)
1. Postupak rasplinjavanja organskih čvrstih materijala u reaktoru s fluidiziranim slojem (1) cirkuliranjem struje plina koja sadrži čestice čvrstog fluidiziranog materijala, koji se sastoji u:
a.-) dobavi goriva kroz najmanje jedan ulaz (3) za dodavanje organskog čvrstog materijala,
b.-) dobavu katalitičkog sredstva ili njegove smjese s inertnim materijalom kroz ulaz (7),
c.-) uvođenju fluidizirajućeg sredstva kroz ulaz (6),
d.-) raspodjeli fluidizirajućeg sredstva, i
e.-) dobivanju izlazne struje produkta kroz vrh reaktora (1) poprečno u odnosu na njegov valjkasti odjeljak kroz izlazni element (9),
naznačen time što reaktor sadrži tijelo omeđeno valjkastim tijelom, gdje se nalazi navedeni najmanje jedan ulaz (3), zračna kutija ili zračna komora, gdje se nalazi ulaz (6), i dno s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca koje se nalazi između valjkastog tijela i zračna kutija ili zračna komora, gdje se fluidizirajuće sredstvo raspodjeljuje kroz odjeljak u obliku krnjeg stošca, gdje se nalazi mrežica razdjelnika (10) s više izlaznih otvora ili difuzori tipa mlaznica (11),
gdje je dio s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca omeđen gornjom bazom, donjom bazom (2’) i kutem β koji odgovara nagibu odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca u odnosu na uzdužnu os valjkastog tijela, gdje je gornji dio odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca veći promjer krnjeg stošca, jednak promjeru valjkastog tijela,
gdje je polumjer (Rbaza) donje baze (2’) reaktora jednak visini (h) odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca, a visina (h2) ulaza (3) za dodavanje organskog čvrstog materijala, izmjerena u metrima, od spoja valjkastog tijela s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca je jednaka sinusu kuta β izmjerenog u stupnjevima.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korak dobave kroz najmanje dva ulaza (5) inertnog sredstva, koje se bira između dušika, vodene pare ili njihove kombinacije.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se fluidizirajuće sredstvo bira između zraka, kisika, vodene pare ili njihove smjese.
4. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje korak recirkuliranja čvrstih materijala izvađenih iz sloja kroz ulaz (4).
5. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je volumen zauzet odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca u odnosu na ukupni volumen sloja čestica jednak u postocima kutu β odjeljaka u obliku krnjeg stošca izmjerenog u stupnjevima.
6. Postupak u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što je kut β nagnut između 12-20°.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su veći (Dcilindar) i manji (Dbaza) promjeri odjeljaka u obliku krnjeg stošca jednaki: Dcilindar/Dbaza = 1 + tgβ.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je volumen sloja zauzet u valjkastom odjeljku iznad visine (h2) ulaza (3) za dodavanje organskog čvrstog materijala jednak volumenu zauzetom u odjeljku u obliku krnjeg stošca.
9. Reaktor za rasplinjavanje, namijenjen provedbi postupka u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 8, naznačen time što je fluidizirani sloj u obliku valjka koji ima dno (2) s odjeljkom u obliku izvrnutog krnjeg stošca, gdje se mrežica razdjelnika (10) nalazi u donjoj bazi (2’) odjeljka u obliku izvrnutog krnjeg stošca i ima više difuzora tipa mlaznica (11), gdje reaktor sadrži tijelo omeđeno valjkastim tijelom, gdje se nalazi navedeni najmanje jedan ulaz (3), zračna kutija ili zračna komora, gdje se nalazi ulaz (6), te dno s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca koje se nalazi između valjkastog tijela i zračne kutije ili zračne komore, gdje se fluidizirajuće sredstvo raspodjeljuje kroz odjeljak u obliku krnjeg stošca, gdje se nalazi mrežica razdjelnika (10) s više izlaznih otvora ili difuzori tipa mlaznica (11), gdje je dio s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca omeđen gornjom bazom, donjom bazom (2’) i kutem β koji odgovara nagibu odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca u odnosu na uzdužnu os valjkastog tijela, gdje je gornji dio odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca veći promjer krnjeg stošca, jednak promjeru valjkastog tijela, gdje je polumjer (Rbaza) donje baze (2’) reaktora jednak visini (h) odjeljka u obliku krnjeg stošca, a visina (h2) ulaza (3) za dodavanje organskog čvrstog materijala, izmjerena u metrima, od spoja valjkastog tijela s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca je jednaka sinusu kuta β izmjerenog u stupnjevima.
10. Reaktor za rasplinjavanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što sadrži sljedeće ulaze za materijal:
- najmanje jedan ulaz (3) za dodavanje organskih čvrstih materijala,
- ulaz (4) za recirkuliranje čvrstih materijala izvađenih iz sloja,
- ulaz (7) za katalizator ili njegovu smjesu s inertnim materijalom, koji se nalazi na visini jednakoj ili većoj od efektivne visine sloja (HL),
- najmanje dva ulaza (5) za inertno sredstvo, gdje se inertno sredstvo bira između dušika, vodene pare ili njihove smjese,
- ulaz (6) za fluidizirajuće sredstvo, gdje se fluidizirajuće sredstvo bira između zraka, kisika, vodene pare ili njihove smjese.
11. Reaktor za rasplinjavanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što sadrži sljedeće izlaze za materijal:
- izlaz za aglomerate (8), i
- izlaz za struju produkta (9).
12. Reaktor za rasplinjavanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što visina (h2) ulaza (3) za dodavanje organskog čvrstog materijala, izmjerena u metrima od spoja valjkastog odjeljka s odjeljkom u obliku krnjeg stošca, je jednaka sinusu kuta β izmjerenog u stupnjevima: h2 = sinβ.
13. Reaktor za rasplinjavanje u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što je kut β nagnut između 12 i 20°.
