Claims (12)
1. Postupak (500) ublažavanja utjecaja interferencije, gdje postupak sadrži:
određivanje (508) da li je uplink interferencija koja potiče od mobilnog entiteta iznad praga;
prilagođenje (520) snage predaje kako bi se izazvalo preuzimanje mobilnog entiteta kao odgovor na određivanje da je uplink interferencija iznad praga;
preuzimanje (522) mobilnog entiteta od prve stanice (606A) kao odgovor na prilagođenje snage predaje;
preusmjeravanje (524) mobilnog entiteta na drugu stanicu (606B) koja radi na različitom kanalu od prve stanice (606A), gdje je druga stanica (606B) makro-stanica.
2. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje je prilagođenje snage predaje dalje zasnovano na određivanju da je uplink kvaliteta servisa, QoS, pridružen opsluživanim mobilnim entitetima ispod drugog praga.
3. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 2, gdje se uplink QoS dalje određuje na osnovu najmanje jednog od broja grešaka u frejmovima, FER, protoka, kašnjenja paketa, snage predaje, odnosa signal/interferencija plus šum uplink predaje svakog opsluživanog mobilnog entiteta.
4. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje druga stanica sadrži makro-stanicu.
5. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje prilagođenje sadrži postepeno povećanje snage predaje u inkrementalnim koracima.
6. Postupak prema Zahtjevu 1, gdje snaga predaje sadrži snagu zajedničkog pilot kanala, CPICH.
7. Uređaj (602) za ublažavanje utjecaja interferencije, gdje uređaj sadrži:
sredstvo (624B) za određivanje da li je uplink interferencija koja potiče od mobilnog entiteta iznad praga;
sredstvo (628) za prilagođenje snage predaje kako bi se izazvalo preuzimanje mobilnog entiteta u odgovoru na određivanje da je uplink interferencija iznad praga;
sredstvo (630) za preuzimanje mobilnog entiteta od prve stanice (606A) u odgovoru na prilagođenje snage predaje;
sredstvo (634) za preusmjeravanje mobilnog entiteta na drugu stanicu (606B) koja radi na različitom kanalu u odnosu na prvu stanicu (606A), gdje je druga stanica (606B) makro-stanica.
8. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 7, gdje je sredstvo za prilagođenje snage konfigurirano za prilagođenje na osnovu određivanja da je uplink kvaliteta servisa, QoS, pridružena opsluživanim mobilnim entitetima, ispod drugog praga.
9. Uređaj prema Zahtjevu 8, gdje se uplink QoS dalje određuje na osnovu najmanje jednog od broja grešaka u frejmovima, FER, protoka, kašnjenja paketa, snage predaje, odnosa signal/interferencija plus šum uplink predaje svakog opsluživanog mobilnog entiteta.
10. Računalni programski proizvod koji sadrži:
medij koji može biti očitan na računalu kako bi računalo vršilo:
određivanje da li je uplink interferencija koja potiče od mobilnog entiteta iznad praga;
prilagođenje snage predaje kako bi se izazvalo preuzimanje mobilnog entiteta u odgovoru na određivanje da je uplink interferencija iznad praga;
preuzimanje mobilnog entiteta od prve stanice (606A) u odgovoru na prilagođenje snage predaje;
preusmjeravanje mobilnog entiteta na drugu stanicu (606B) koja radi na različitom kanalu u odnosu na prvu stanicu (606A), gdje je stanica (606B) makro-stanica.
11. Računalni programski proizvod prema Zahtjevu 10, gdje je kôd koji dovodi do toga da računalo vrši prilagođenje snage predaje konfiguriran za prilagođenje na osnovu određivanja da je uplink kvaliteta servisa, QoS, pridružena opsluživanim mobilnim entitetima iznad drugog praga.
12. Računalni programski proizvod prema Zahtjevu 11, gdje se uplink QoS dalje određuje na osnovu najmanje jednog od broja grešaka u frejmovima, FER, protoka, kašnjenja paketa, snage predaje, odnosa signal/interferencija plus šum uplink predaje svakog opsluživanog mobilnog entiteta.
