Claims (11)

1. Postupak dodjeljivanja, na čvoru B, frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos uzlazne veze upravljačkog signala u komunikacijskom sustavu obuhvaća: dodjeljivanje prvog frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos indikator kvalitete kanala, CQI, signala na svakom kraju operativne pojasne širine; dodjeljivanje drugog frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos signala potvrde između prvog frekvencijskog resursa i trećeg frekvencijskog resursa u operativnoj pojasnoj širini; i dodjeljivanje trećeg frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos uzlazne veze podatkovnog signala u sredinu operativne pojasne širine, naznačeno time da se CQI signal prenosi periodično, i signal potvrde se prenosi u odgovoru na prijenos silazne veze podatkovnog signala.
2. Čvor B za dodjeljivanje frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos uzlazne veze kontrolnog signala u komunikacijskom sustavu se sastoji od: prijamnika konfiguriranog za prijam kontrolnog signala i podatkovnog signala; i upravljačkog uređaja konfiguriranog za: dodjeljivanje prvog frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos indikator kvalitete kanala, CQI, signala na svakom kraju operativne pojasne širine; dodjeljivanje drugog frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos signala potvrde između prvog frekvencijskog resursa i trećeg frekvencijskog resursa u operativnoj pojasnoj širini; i dodjeljivanje trećeg frekvencijskog resursa za prijenos uzlazne veze podatkovnog signala u sredinu operativne pojasne širine, naznačeno time da se CQI signal prenosi periodično, i signal potvrde se prenosi u odgovoru na prijenos silazne veze podatkovnog signala.
3. Postupak za prijenos, na korisničkoj opremi, KO, kontrolnog signala u komunikacijskom sustavu obuhvaća: ako KO prenosi indikator kvalitete kanala, CQI, signal, CQI signal prenosi uporabom prvog frekvencijskog resursa na svakom kraju operativne pojasne širine; i ako KO prenosi signal potvrde, signal potvrde prenosi uporabom drugog frekvencijskog resursa, naznačen time da je drugi frekvencijski resurs dodijeljen između prvog frekvencijskog resursa i trećeg frekvencijskog resursa u operativnoj pojasnoj širini, i treći frekvencijski resurs za prijenos uzlazne veze podatkovnog signala je dodijeljen u sredini operativne pojasne širine, pri čemu se CQI signal prenosi periodično, i signal potvrde se prenosi u odgovoru na prijenos silazne veze podatkovnog signala.
4. Korisnička oprema, KO, za prijenos kontrolnog signala u komunikacijskom sustavu se sastoji od: odašiljača konfiguriranog za prijenos kontrolnog signala uporabom frekvencijskog resursa; i upravljačkog uređaja konfiguriranog za: prijenos indikator kvalitete kanala, CQI, signala uporabom prvog frekvencijskog resursa na svakom kraju operativne pojasne širine, ako KO prenosi CQI signal, i prijenos signala potvrde uporabom drugog frekvencijskog resursa, ako KO prijenosi signal potvrde, naznačeno time da je drugi frekvencijski resurs dodijeljen između prvog frekvencijskog resursa i trećeg frekvencijskog resursa u operativnoj pojasnoj širini, i treći frekvencijski resurs za prijenos uzlazne veze podatkovnog signala je dodijeljen u sredini operativne pojasne širine, pri čemu se CQI signal prenosi periodično, i signal potvrde se prenosi u odgovoru na prijenos silazne veze podatkovnog signala.
5. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili zahtjeva 3, naznačen time da CQI signal i signal potvrde se svaki zasebno prenosi zajedno s referentnim signalom mapiran različitim pozicijama simbola.
6. Čvor B temeljem zahtjeva 2 ili KO temeljem zahtjeva 4, naznačena time da CQI signal i signal potvrde se svaki zasebno prenosi zajedno s referentnim signalom mapiranim na različitim pozicijama simbola.
7. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili zahtjeva 3, naznačen time da se referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno s CQI signalom je mapiran na drugoj i šestoj poziciji simbola u slotu, referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno sa signalom potvrde mapiran je na trećoj do pete pozicije u slotu, i referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno s uzlaznom vezom podatkovnog signala potvrde mapiran je na srednjoj poziciji u slotu.
8. Čvor B temeljem zahtjeva 2 ili KO temeljem zahtjeva 4, naznačena time da referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno s CQI signalom mapiranim na drugoj i šestoj poziciji simbola u slotu, referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno sa signalom potvrde mapiran je na trećoj do pete pozicije u slotu, i referentni signal koji se prenosi zajedno s uzalznom vezom podatkovnog signala potvrde mapiran je na srednjoj poziciji u slotu.
9. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1, naznačen time da prijenos uzlazne veze podatkovnog signala je povezan s rasporedom dodjeljivanja prijenosa sa čvora B.
10. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili zahtjeva 3, naznačen time da signal potvrde se dinamički prenosi uporabom drugog frekvencijskog resursa u oprativnoj pojasnoj širini.
11. Čvor B temeljem zahtjeva 2 ili KO temeljem zahtjeva 4, naznačena tima da signal potvrde se dinamički prenosi uporabom drugog frekvencijskog signala u operativnoj pojasnoj širini.
