Abstract

Artificial light fishing bait is used for catching cephalopods, especially squid and cuttlefish, from the boat, in all weather conditions, especially at night. A metallic shimmering thread (6) is wound on the body (1) of the artificial light bait, in the head region. Three-dimensional eyes (8) are positioned on either side of the body (1) in the head region. A phosphorescent thread (7) is lit up on the rest of the body, which is illuminated. At the bottom of the body (1) is fixed a wreath (4) of stainless steel needles. The artificial fishing fishing lure is the highest hunting ability due to the combination of metallized sparkling thread (6) and a phosphorescent thread (7) that glows without the use of any energy or without illumination by light from some source, which greatly attracts cephalopods. The artificial light bait made in this way, with its intense light, color and appearance, is reminiscent of live fish, so that it attracts cephalopods much better, which contributes to much better fishing.
