Abstract
Uređaj za postizanje jednoličnog prednaprezanja materijala istovremeno sa sve četiri strane obuhvaća okvir na kojem su smještene stezaljke (2), na kutnim dijelovima okvira zglobnom napravom učvršćene su dvokrake poluge (6), na kojima su smješteni izbojci (5) za učvršćenje lanaca (7) kod postizanja istovremeno ravnoteže materijala a sve četiri strane i utega (1) koji se nalaze na tim polugama. Tekstilni plošni proizvodi pripadaju skupini materijala čija se svojstva uvelike mijenjaju po smjerovima naprezanja, što ih karakterizira kao iznimno anizotropne materijale. Smično naprezanje pojavljuje se prilikom djelovanja vanjske sile tangencijalno na površinu materijala. Od svih metoda za ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstava kompozita, najviše ih je razvijeno za ispitivanje svojstva smičnosti materijala. Razlog tomu su teškoće postizanja čistog i jednoličnog stanja smičnog naprezanja na uzorku kako bi se odredila stvarna smična svojstva. Ovim uređajem proširit će se saznanja o ponašanju materijala različitih karakteristika pri smičnom opterećenju, a time i doći do izuzetno važnih podataka o materijalu koji će definirati njegove kvalitativne i uporabne vrijednosti u području manjih i većih površinskih višeosnih naprezanja, a koja su do sada bile nepoznanica. Poznato je da u svijetu postoji nekoliko inovativnih uređaja koji mjere smičnost tekstilnih materijala, no problem koji se pojavljuje je nemogućnost postizanja određenog prednaprezanja uzorka prilikom njegovog postavljanja. Posljedica ovakvog ograničenja je nedostatna ponovljivost rezultata što ovakva ispitivanja čini nepouzdanim te je radi toga kao dodatak ovog uređaja prijektiran dodatni okvir za zadavanje odabranog prednaprezanja. S obzirom na važnost i nužnost promatranja i povezivanja parametara smičnog naprezanja, modula elastičnosti i Poissonovog omjera u sinergiji kako bi se opisala deformabilnost tekstilnog plošnog proizvoda za korektnu simulaciju distribucije energije i deformacije plošnog i trodimenzionalnog tekstilnog proizvoda, poželjno je da oblici i dimenzije uzoraka za ispitivanje kod određivanja sva tri parametra budu jednaki te je radi toga okvir takav da je u njega moguće postaviti uzorak dimenzija 200x200 mm. Considering the importance and necessity of observing and connecting the parameters of shear stress, modulus of elasticity and Poisson's ratio in synergy to describe the deformability of a flat textile product for the correct simulation of energy distribution and deformation of a flat and three-dimensional textile product, it is desirable that the shapes and dimensions of the test samples when determining all three parameters are equal, and for this reason the frame is such that it is possible to place a sample with dimensions of 200x200 mm.

S obzirom na dosadašnju tehničku problematiku postizanja jednoličnog prednaprezanja uzorka prilikom postavljanja na uređaj za mjerenje smičnog naprezanja tekstilnih plošnih proizvoda na dinamometru, vrijednost ovog izuma je upravo u okviru, odnosno uređaju koji osigurava jednakomjerno prednaprezanje uzorka određenom silom u svim smjerovima. To se postiže pripremom uzorka izvan dinamometra, postavljanjem uređaja za mjerenje smičnog naprezanja na uređaj za postizanje jednoličnog prednaprezanja, gdje se istovremenim opterećenjem uzorka u svim smjerovima jednakim silama postiže jednakomjernost prednaprezanja uzorka, koji se potom stezaljkama uređaja za mjerenje smičnog naprezanja učvršćuje i kao takav je spreman za daljnji postupak mjerenja na dinamometru. Primjena izuma, odnosno uređaja za postizanje jednoličnog prednaprezanja uzorka te uređaja za mjerenje smičnog naprezanja tekstilnih plošnih proizvoda na dinamometru je korisna za širu primjenu te jednostavna zbog toga što je uređaj konstruiran kao zasebna jedinica (dogradni uređaj) s mogućnošću prilagodbe svakom dinamometru. Prema modernizaciji dinamometra moguće je dobiti rezultate preko računalnog programa (softver) i time omogućuje pohranjivanje podataka, statističku obradu i crtanje dijagrama sila nastala pri smičnom naprezanju pod različitim uvjetima koja to dinamometar omogućuje. The application of the invention, i.e. the device for achieving uniform prestressing of the sample and the device for measuring the shear stress of textile flat products on a dynamometer is useful for wider application and simple because the device is designed as a separate unit (addition device) with the possibility of adaptation to any dynamometer. According to the modernization of the dynamometer, it is possible to obtain results through a computer program (software) and thus enables the storage of data, statistical processing and drawing of diagrams of the forces created during shear stress under different conditions that the dynamometer allows.
