The use of a polymer hydrogel according to any one of claims 3, 5 or 13, characterized in that the hydrophilic polymer is a polysaccharide, wherein the hydrophilic polymer is optionally selected from: a) a group consisting of C1-C6-alkylcelluloses, hydroxy-C1-C6-alkylcelluloses, hydroxy-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkylcelluloses, carboxymethylcelluloses, starches, substituted dextrans, glycosaminoglycans and polyuronic acids; or their salts; or b) a group consisting of methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, n-propylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxy-n-propylcellulose, hydroxy-n-butylcellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, ethylhydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, corn starch, hydroxypropyl starch, carboxymethyl starch, dextran sulfate, dextran phosphate, diethylaminodextran , heparin, hyaluronan, chondroitin, chondroitin sulfate, heparan sulfate, polyglucuronic acid, polymannuronic acid, polygalacturonic acid and polyarabic acid. 15.
