Claims (13)

1. Kompozicija dijetetskog proizvoda za humanu upotrebu za tretiranje pretilosti i prekomjerne težine, pri čemu spomenuta kompozicija sadrži: - proteinsku komponentu koja sadrži najmanje jedan protein, i spomenuti protein je formiran od aminokiselinskih jedinica; - dodatnu aminokiselinsku komponentu koja sadrži aminokiselinu koja je izabrana iz grupe koja sadrži: - lizin; - triptofan; - njihovu kombinaciju, naznačeno time da spomenuta dodatna komponenta sadrži određenu količinu spomenutih lizina i/ili triptofana tako da se dodavanjem spomenute dodatne komponente spomenutoj proteinskoj komponenti spomenute kompozicije osigurava željena kombinacija esencijalnih aminokiselinskih jedinica, pri čemu u cjelini promatrano spomenuti lizin i triptofan u spomenutoj kompoziciji imaju težinski odnos koji se nalazi između 2,5 i 4, i time da spomenuta kompozicija dalje sadrži komponentu koja je izabrana iz grupe koja sadrži: - polisaharid, pri čemu spomenuti polisaharid ima polimerni lanac, i spomenuti polimerni lanac se u suštini sastoji od fruktoznih jedinica koje su međusobno povezane s β(2→1) glikozidnim vezama na anomernom C2, pri čemu je spomenuti polisaharid naznačen sa stupnjem polimerizacije, i spomenuti stupanj polimerizacije je broj monomernih jedinica u spomenutom polimernom lancu; - enzim, koji je izabran iz grupe koja sadrži: - α-galaktozidazu; - laktazu; - smjesu α-galaktozidaze i laktaze; - enzim koji ima djelovanje smanjivanja nadimanja; - njihovu kombinaciju; - njihovu kombinaciju.
2. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da se spomenuti težinski odnos nalazi između 2,7 i 3,2.
3. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spomenuti polisaharid ima terminalnu glukoznu jedinicu.
4. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je spomenuti polisaharid inulin, i spomenuti inulin ima stupanj polimerizacije veći od 20.
5. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da je spomenuti polisaharid fruktooligosaharid, koji se također označava sa FOS.
6. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 5, naznačena time da spomenuti FOS ima stupanj polimerizacije koji se nalazi između 3 i 10.
7. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, koja dalje sadrži izvjesnu količinu sljedeće esencijalne aminokiseline koja je izabrana iz grupe koja sadrži leucin, izoleucin, valin, fenilalanin, treonin, metionin, histidin, njihovu kombinaciju, pri čemu je spomenuta količina prilagođena da u suštini odgovara kombinaciji u kojoj aminokiselinske jedinice imaju odgovarajuće težinske udjele od ukupno 100% aminokiselinskih jedinica izabrane između sljedećih: leucin 19±1%, izoleucin 15±1%, valin 12±1%, fenilalanin 10±1%, treonin 10±1%, metionin 7±1%, histidin 7±1%.
8. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, koja nadalje sadrži aminokiselinu koja je izabrana iz grupe koja sadrži: - L-ornitin; - kalij aspartat; - L-taurin; - citrulin; - L-izoleucin; - glicin; - L-arginin; - njihovu kombinaciju.
9. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, koja nadalje sadrži spoj koji oslobađa kalij.
10. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spomenuta kompozicija sadrži inulin u rasponu od 125 mg do 700 mg po gramu proteina plus aminokiselina.
11. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spomenuta kompozicija sadrži FOS u rasponu od 125 mg do 700 mg po gramu proteina plus aminokiselina.
12. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spomenuta kompozicija sadrži α-galaktozidazu u rasponu od 6 do 700 jedinica po gramu proteina plus aminokiselina.
13. Kompozicija prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time da spomenuta kompozicija sadrži laktazu u rasponu od 3 do 350 jedinica po gramu proteina plus aminokiselina.
