Abstract

UNDERGROUND GARAGE (1) with exterior structure and prefabricated interior structure containing one, two or three platforms for storing / garageing motor vehicles, made in three floor plans, depending on the size of the vehicle, with a storage platform at each level of said garage / Garage of one motor vehicle and is intended for urbanized areas of the world.

Description

This capital invention is the real, the only possible, maximally economical and, in the technical sense, the absolute best solution for all families with several members or smaller companies/services that live or operate in their own facilities or business premises, and are located on smaller plots that are their property in settlements or cities, i.e. in urbanized areas of the world where, for a variety of urban planning, conservation or other reasons, they are not allowed to build necessarily necessary garages or canopies in which they could store/garage or under which they could protect their motor vehicles that they use on a daily basis, refers to UNDERGROUND GARAGES that will be able to be located on those small plots of theirs in which they will be able to store/garage one (1), two (2), three (3) or more of their motor vehicles, the construction of which in most states will not allow them not even a special building permit will be required, and it should be noted that, due to their large size, their construction will additional ecological value will be able to receive significant grants, so their price will be maximally accessible and acceptable, it is from the extremely important areas of transport and ecology, and it is fully in line with all the available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today.

In connection with this, it must be said that their motor vehicles mean all types and types of personal, business and delivery motor vehicles that they use on a daily basis in these areas, and which are therefore forced to leave them in nearby places day and night. roads, parking lots or in public garages, which are usually not close to them, with the fact that they are almost daily full of a wide variety of things, tools, instruments or finished products.

Due to the fact that the inventor as an architect has been very well aware of this difficult and complex problem for many years, which in the urbanized areas of the world is becoming more and more difficult every day due to the increasing number of such motor vehicles, he decided to finally solve it in the best possible way. For this reason, together with his eminent international collaborators from various professions who are related to this difficult and complex problem, he first investigated the current state of technology in the most detailed way.

In order for the obtained main and most important results to be accurate and well understood, Figure 1 is shown.

From it you can clearly see the English variant of an existing underground garage on hydraulic legs (as they are called) for one motor vehicle, which is stated in various magazines to be the best that has been done in this sense to date, and that :

• that they are a practical and interesting solution for all residents and smaller companies/services who live or do business in urbanized areas and own two personal, business or delivery motor vehicles, and have one parking space because they can store/garage their other motor vehicle a vehicle that disappears into the ground, regardless of whether it is located on their plot of land on a landscaped surface or in a garden,

• that today they are an increasingly common solution in the urbanized areas of Japan, Italy and Great Britain, with the fact that they are spreading faster and faster to other urbanized areas of the world where the necessary number of places for parking or storing/garaging such motor vehicles is increasingly lacking every day,

• that they function as easily as automatic garage doors using a remote control; and that

• that their only problem is that the English version of those existing small underground garages on hydraulic legs for one motor vehicle costs an extremely high 60,000.00 GBP, so only an extremely small number of residents or smaller companies/services who live or operate in these urbanized areas.

After he and his colleagues analyzed in detail the other variants of different manufacturers, that is, the entire existing state of the art, he came to the main and most important results, which briefly read:

that they are without a doubt attractive objects, but that they are not at all in compliance even with the minimum/basic technical regulations that have been well known for a long time for these and all other construction objects, which is the briefest meaning of that,

• that when they are closed, they cannot be accessed using any external stairs or using any climbing ladders through an opening located on or next to them,

• that because of this they do not have internal lighting,

• that almost all of them do not even have extremely necessary outdoor lighting,

• that they do not have any water drainage, which means when a wet motor vehicle or one full of snow is stored/garaged in them,

• that, in addition, they are hermetically sealed and do not even have extremely necessary ventilation, which means that a wet motor vehicle stored/garaged in them or one full of snow will perish as quickly as possible,

• that they absolutely cannot function when, for whatever reason, there is no electricity in that part for a short or long time, because they do not have any independent source of electricity with which they could function even during that period of time,

• that they are much more expensive than they are worth,

• that, in principle, they are only very expensive toys for the rich from those areas, for whom the only thing that matters is that they can surprise and impress their neighbors or friends who come to visit them with them,

• that almost all of them are done for storing/garaging one motor vehicle and therefore do not represent any solution to this difficult and complex problem; and that

• that practically their only positive characteristic is that motor vehicles can be stored/garaged in them underground on their lots and removed from roads or nearby parking lots and public garages.

Such undeniable results led him to the conclusion that the current state of technology is very far behind all the available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today, that only the first purely amateur and pioneering steps have been taken in this sense and that even such a catastrophic current state of technology can and must change completely as soon as possible.

That's why he set himself a TASK with the GOAL of finally discovering and defining an UNDERGROUND GARAGE where residents or smaller companies/services that live or operate in these urbanized areas could store/garage one, two, three or more motor vehicles that they use every day. they use, which would be maximally economical and fully compatible with all the available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today, and with which this difficult and complex problem could be solved for the most part.

Only after that he could start working on the development of this capital INVENTORY.

The first thing he had to do in this sense was to accurately and in detail analyze and examine all the characteristics of personal, business and delivery motor vehicles with which they are used on a daily basis, what is meant by their length, width, height and weight when they are empty or maximally loaded because these data were extremely important to him in order to be able to define their sizes.

Regarding these motor vehicles, it must also be said that they mean all types and types of personal, business and delivery motor vehicles that are available on the European market today, and which are used daily by residents or smaller companies/services that live or do business in these urbanized areas.

At the same time, it is also necessary to mention that it was extremely important for the inventor as an architect that all motor vehicles in these UNDERGROUND GARAGES have far greater comfort than the motor vehicle in the small underground garage shown in Figure 1, or in all other variants of such existing garages which primarily means that they can be stored/garaged and taken out much more easily.

The first detailed analyzes and tests on the development of this capital invention were done on the lengths, widths and heights of the aforementioned motor vehicles that are used daily by residents or smaller companies/services that live or operate in these urbanized areas. The obtained results showed him very precisely, that they can and must be divided into three groups, that is, that they will have to have three floor plan sizes (length and width), what is meant by that:

• that the largest floor plan sizes will be for the largest such motor vehicles,

• that the medium floor plan sizes will be for medium-sized such motor vehicles,

• that the smallest floor plan sizes will be for the smallest such motor vehicles,

• that the comfort of all motor vehicles in them will be far better than that of the motor vehicle shown in Figure 1, with the fact that it will always be absolutely the same between them; and that

• that because of this, before their construction, they will be able to agree with their future owners on what kind of motor vehicles they use, so that each of them can have an UNDERGROUND GARAGE of exactly the floor plan size (length and width) that they need most.

The same results allowed him to accurately define all three of their floor plan sizes and arrive at the irrefutable fact that the one with the largest floor plan size (length and width) will require less than 20 m² of gross area, and for the medium and smallest floor plan sizes (length and width) adequately less, which means that it will be possible to build not one, but two, three or more such UNDERGROUND GARAGES on their small plots.

Other detailed analyzes and tests on the development of this capital invention were related to the weight of these motor vehicles when they are empty and when they are maximally loaded. The obtained results showed him very precisely:

• that UNDERGROUND GARAGES can be operated without any major technical problem in such a way that they have one, two, three or more places for storing/garaging such motor vehicles, but

• that, for various reasons, it is best if they only have one, two or three seats.

In order to be able to present the UNDERGROUND GARAGES, he had to do a third detailed analysis and tests related to their construction. For this reason, he analyzed and examined in detail all constructions of such UNDERGROUND GARAGES, because as an architect, his special GOAL was also that they should be:

• as durable as possible, as simple as possible, as prefabricated as possible, but also fully compatible with all the available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today,

• that they can be done without any problem in about seven days; and

• that, in addition, they must have a very acceptable price, that is, they must be available to all residents or smaller companies/services that live or operate in these urbanized areas.

The obtained results showed him that, in a constructive sense, they must consist of two independent and completely separate components, meaning:

• their vertical external structures/walls and bottoms; you

• to their internal structures with platforms for storing/garaging one, two or three such motor vehicles.

This means that:

that vertical external structures/walls and floors can be made of adequate,

• quick-setting concrete,

• ready-made concrete slabs,

• different plastic plates,

• from metal plates, or

• their mutual combinations, which will adapt to the most diverse terrains; with that

• that everything must be completely waterproof and waterproof,

• that it must also be such, that it is economical and that it has as long a shelf life as possible, a

that their internal structures for storing/garaging said motor vehicles will be made of adequate metals based on all available knowledge of our time today and will be shown later.

Only after all of the above, he could begin the development of this capital INVENTORY, that is, the creation of the basic schemes of UNDERGROUND GARAGES, with which without a doubt it will be possible to solve the largest part of this difficult and complex problem.

In order for UNDERGROUND GARAGES to be accurate and well understood, they are shown in Figures 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2, 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 with:

• that they contain the largest floor plan dimensions (length and width) for the largest such motor vehicles; and

• to be presented using a cross-section.

It shows an UNDERGROUND GARAGE in which one such largest motor vehicle can be stored/garaged.

From the section under 2.0, you can see nicely:

• how it looks when it is closed and how there is a parked and braked motor vehicle on its upper platform,

• that one such largest motor vehicle is stored/garaged in it in the space marked with number (1); and that

• how the space under his platform where he is in it is marked with the letter S and represents the engine room where the main part of the technique will be located, on the basis of which it will be able to function flawlessly.

From the section under 2.1, you can now see:

• how the owner or user needs a stored/garaged motor vehicle,

• how he therefore activated and opened it using the remote control,

• how it rose, stopped and braked so that the platform on which the motor vehicle is located is completely level with the level of the terrain, so that it can be used immediately,

• because of that, he did not have to look for the owner of the motor vehicle that was parked on its upper platform; and that

• how now he only has to close it using the remote control when he leaves the platform where it was until then with his motor vehicle.

It shows an UNDERGROUND GARAGE where two such largest motor vehicles can be stored/garaged.

From the cross-section under 3.0, you can clearly see:

• how it looks when it is closed and how there is a parked and braked motor vehicle on its upper platform,

• that another such largest motor vehicle is stored/garaged in the space marked with number (2); and that

• because of that, he did not have to look for the owner of the motor vehicle that was parked on its upper platform; and that

• as now, he only has to close it using the remote control when he leaves the platform where it was until then with his motor vehicle.

From the cross-section under 3.2, you can clearly see:

• as the owner or user now needs a stored/garaged motor vehicle from the space (2),

• how he therefore activated and opened it using the remote control,

• how it rose, stopped and braked so that the platform on which the motor vehicle was located completely leveled with the level of the terrain, so it could immediately start using it,

• because of that, he did not have to look for the owner of the motor vehicle that was parked on its upper platform; and that

• as now, he only has to close it using the remote control when he leaves the platform on which it was located with his motor vehicle.

It shows an UNDERGROUND GARAGE in which three such largest motor vehicles can be stored/garaged.

Due to the fact that Pictures 2.0, 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, 3.2 show UNDERGROUND GARAGE with one and two places for storing/garaging such largest motor vehicles and their functioning is accurately described, this one does not need to be explained separately because it also functions in exactly the same way.

This shows three basic variants of UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest floor plan size (length and width) in which one, two or three of the largest such motor vehicles can be stored/garaged, and it must be said that also those of medium and smallest floor plan sizes be exactly the same and function exactly the same; namely, that the space located under their rear platforms for storing/garaging such motor vehicles and marked with the letter S will be able to be that way, that is, of a lower or higher height, which depends on the chosen technique, on the basis of which they will be able to function flawlessly.

After that, he did the fourth detailed analyzes and tests related to their internal metal structures with platforms for storing/garaging such motor vehicles. This means that:

• that he analyzed and researched practically all the constructions of existing small underground garages,

• that he wanted them to be done on the basis of all available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today; and that

• that he already had the most accurate data on all the weights of such motor vehicles when they are empty and when they are maximally loaded so that he could divide them according to length and width into three groups that will be able to be stored/garaged in UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest, medium and smallest floor plan sizes .

In order for this to be accurate and easy to understand, Figures 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 are shown.

Pictures 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 show the internal metal constructions for all three below shown UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest floor plan size (length and width).

Under 5.1 is shown the one with one place for storing/garaging such largest motor vehicles, under 5.2 the one with two places and under 5.3 with three places.

The interior metal structures shown for such largest motor vehicles will be exactly the same as those for medium or smallest floor plan sizes which will have one, two or three seats with:

• that all their vertical and horizontal metal elements and platforms will be the most accurately dimensioned,

• that everything will be maximally prefab and simple,

• that their upper/end platforms will be adequately larger than the inner ones so that their outer constructions/walls of the UNDERGROUND GARAGE can be hermetically sealed with them,

• that, in addition to being waterproof, they will also be additionally waterproofed in the best possible way,

• that there will be an upper adequate/finishing layer above it, the upper surface of which, when closed, will be exactly the same as the level of the terrain on which it will be located, and

• that the inner middle platforms of those with two and three seats will be able to be regulated if necessary, that is, reduce or increase the height of the space where the vehicles will be located, which is nicely marked with the number 4.

In order for the highest level of technical knowledge known today, based on which the vehicle platforms and their internal metal structures will be made, to be accurate and well understood, Figure 6.1 and Figure 6.2 are also shown.

From it you can see under 6.1 beautifully,

schematic representation of the enlarged floor plan of the platform for UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest floor plan size (what all the others will be) with:

• that they will be constructed and made of two adequate metal pressed sheets that will be connected/welded to each other,

• that such a platform will be incomparably stronger and lighter than all metal constructions known to date,

• that their construction could eventually be compared with trusses and cross-beams, which are incomparably stronger and lighter than them, and

• that their platforms will be able to be produced in several parts for easier transport.

From the picture under 6.2, you can see the same schematic diagram of their cross-section with that:

• that they will be much thinner than any used today, and that

• that because of this, their internal metal constructions will be much lighter, that is, they will be able to move in the vertical direction with much less consumed energy, completely independent of the technique on the basis of which they will be able to function flawlessly.

Regarding their vertical movement, i.e. opening/closing, it must also be said that,

that the displayed platforms with stored/garaged such motor vehicles, when opening or closing in the vertical direction, will move completely horizontally using adequate technique and using adequate guides that will be located between their outer structure/walls and their inner metal structure.

After that, he started with five detailed analyzes and tests that were related to how to ensure access to all their spaces, when they are closed, and to their ventilation in the same maximally simple, efficient and economical way.

To make it accurate and easy to understand, Figures 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 are shown.

The picture under 7.1 shows a horizontal section under the upper/end platform of the UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest floor plan size (length and width) with a view of it.

From it you can see:

• that their internal metal structure is separated from their external structure/walls due to the guides,

• that there is an adequate opening on its front part, which is marked with the number five (5), with the fact that it will be located in the same place on all other platforms,

• that in that opening there are climbing frames that are marked with the number six (6) by means of which it will be possible to reach all their internal spaces without any problem, and

• that there are exact lines on it (which will also be found on all other platforms) by means of which such motor vehicles can be parked on them much more simply and comfortably and then stored/garaged.

Figure 7.2 then shows the floor plan with a view of the upper/end platform of the same UNDERGROUND GARAGE when it is closed.

From it you can see:

• that it is slightly larger than the inner platforms so that it and its outer construction/walls can be completely watertight and hermetically closed,

• that there are the same lines on it as on all platforms,

• that there is an adequate metal protective cover above its opening for access to its premises, which for security reasons will also have a key marked with the number seven (7) and can only be opened when necessary,

• that the ventilation of all their spaces will be natural with the fact that they will have one channel for fresh air supply and one for drainage, and

• that it will be directly connected to the access and can be in positions that are marked with the call signs A, A1, A2, which will depend on the terrain on which they will be built.

With this, the first variant of access and ventilation for all their interior spaces is presented. However, he wanted to explore and examine other possibilities as well. The results he achieved showed him that it is possible to solve the same problem in another way. For this reason, their second variant is shown under 7.3.

Figure 7.3 shows the floor plan with a view of the upper/end platform of the same UNDERGROUND GARAGE when it is closed.

From it you can see:

• how now that opening for adequate access to all areas of the UNDERGROUND GARAGE, which is marked with the number nine (9), is located next to the front part of their platforms, with the fact that it will be directly connected to all their internal spaces,

• that it will contain similar climbing frames (6),

• that there will be an adequate metal protective cover with a key (7) on it, and that

• that now the same ventilation chimney can be located next to it in positions (A, A1, A2), which will depend on the terrain on which it will be built.

With this, he defined in the best possible way their external construction/walls, their internal metal construction, access to all their internal spaces and the position of chimneys for their natural ventilation.

Only after that he could begin the six detailed analyzes and tests that were related to their equipment. The results he achieved with them very precisely showed him that they must at least have:

• adequate internal and external lighting, and

• that they must have water drainage in small quantities, which could occasionally occur in cases where a wet motor vehicle or one full of snow is stored/garaged in them.

That is why he decided that it will be the standard equipment of UNDERGROUND GARAGE.

After that he could start with the seven detailed analyzes and tests that were related to the technique based on which/which they could function flawlessly.

They primarily refer to four proven techniques, namely:

• on a system with threaded spindles that is self-braking, durable and universal, and which can be used to raise or lower platforms with different loads,

• to a system with scissors that is used for the same purpose in industry,

• to the system with steel winches, which is mainly used in elevators, i

• to a well-known hydraulic system that does not need to be described separately.

In relation to that, it must be said:

• that they will be able to function flawlessly based on any of them,

• that they all use electric motors and that for lighting and control they must have an electricity connection, and that

• that he wanted them to work flawlessly all the time, even when the parts of the urban areas where they will be located, for whatever reason, will be short or long without electricity.

Because of this, he had to do eight detailed analyzes and tests that were complex and related to that issue.

For the reason that he came up with three different results with which it can be solved in three different ways, in order for it to be correct and well understood, all three are listed.

The first solution was well known to him as an architect. It is, without a doubt, an adequate generator for electricity that will automatically turn on at that moment when, for whatever reason, there will be no electricity in that area for a short or long time, so that they can function constantly and flawlessly.

However, by analyzing the existing aggregates, he came to the conclusion:

• that everyone runs on gasoline or diesel fuel,

• that this further pollutes urban areas that are already almost maximally polluted today,

• and that for this purpose some other possibilities should be analyzed in detail and examined on the basis of which they could function continuously and flawlessly.

In order to be able to do this, he first had to determine exactly what the maximum power requirement of all four aforementioned techniques is, on the basis of which they will be able to function flawlessly, what is meant by:

• their electric motors,

• their internal and external lighting,

• to their remote control, and to that

• how much time do they function on average per day?

Everything has been done for those with the largest floor plan sizes (length and width) with three places for storing/garaging the largest such motor vehicles. The results he reached showed him very precisely:

• that it requires a maximum of approx. 15 KW of electricity, and that

• that opening and closing them takes an average of at most half an hour per day, for the reason that their electric motors are automatically turned off when they are raised and that their external lighting will be based on LED technology and, together with the remote control, consume extremely little electricity .

This information was extremely important for him to be able to continue.

The first thing he did in this regard was to thoroughly analyze and test all existing electric vehicles. The results he reached very precisely showed him:

• that their engines are stronger than 20 KW,

• that they have adequate batteries that are charged with electricity at night so that the next day they can move at least 150 km and in time much longer than the average daily needs of UNDERGROUND GARAGES of approx. half an hour, and that

• that for a long time there have been those with a much stronger capacity that are used in industrial plants where, due to a power outage, production processes could be interrupted for a short or long time, which should not be interrupted because they would cause great damage.

In other words, this means:

• that today there are many such batteries of adequate capacity that could be used in UNDERGROUND GARAGE at that time, and for the reason,

• that their electric motors will have a permanent connection to electricity, so they will be constantly charged so that they can be automatically switched on during that period of time, and

• that they will therefore use such adequate batteries and not a generator that would additionally pollute these urbanized areas.

Relatedly, it must be said that such an adequate battery will also be a standard part of their equipment so that they can constantly function flawlessly, and that it is without a doubt the first and most suitable variant of their independent power source for that time period.

However, the inventor, as an architect and a great supporter of ecology, was well aware of another possibility, that is, another variant of their completely independent power source.

In order for this to be correct and well understood, it must be said:

• the precise data he received about the maximum power consumption for their operation of approx. 15 KW and the fact that their function will be approx. half an hour per day gave him the idea that it could be solved in a different way, but that, like everything the rest has yet to be analyzed and examined in detail.

The results he arrived at surprised him, and they read:

that they can constantly function flawlessly with the help of a small adequate system with solar collectors, so they do not need an electricity connection at all. By this we mean that it will have an adequate battery/batteries that will be full and with which it will have enough electricity to be able to function continuously and flawlessly without any problem, that is, that it will have a completely independent source of electricity.

After he managed to define their component parts and the necessary equipment on the basis of all the available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today, he was extremely interested in the ninth detailed analysis and testing. By them is meant their price.

They are made for UNDERGROUND GARAGES of the largest floor plan size (length and width) with three places for storing/garaging the largest such vehicles with the above equipment and an adequate battery so that they can constantly function flawlessly even when there is no electricity in that space for any reason .

The results he reached pleasantly surprised him, and they read:

• their price will be very close to the price of the existing small underground garages on hydraulic legs shown in Figure 1 with one place for storing/garaging a motor vehicle that do not have adequate access, ventilation and lighting, that is, practically no equipment and any independent source of electricity,

• that the price of those with two or one space for storing/garaging such largest motor vehicles will be adequately lower, and

• that there is no need to talk about the prices of medium- and smallest-sized motor vehicles (length and width) for medium-sized and smallest such motor vehicles.

In other words, this means that they will be very acceptable to families with several members or smaller companies/services that live or work in their own facilities or business premises and are located on smaller plots of land owned by them in urbanized areas.

In relation to their very acceptable prices, the following must also be highlighted:

• that only for the construction of UNDERGROUND GARAGES, due to their exceptional ecological value, significant grants will be available, as they will in no way further pollute urbanized spaces that are already practically maximally polluted today, and

• that because of this, their price will then be maximally acceptable to them, so that they will be able to order, pay for, build and use them without any major problems.

This completes the technical presentation of this capital invention.

However, in order to be able to see the significance of this capital invention to the end, he did two more detailed analyzes and tests with his eminent international collaborators.

The first ones related to the opinions of an adequate number of residents and smaller companies/services that live or operate under these conditions in the urbanized areas of a number of European countries. They are divided into two parts.

The first part of them referred to the opinion of an adequate number of inhabitants.

The results he reached very precisely showed him:

• that almost everyone wants to have them,

• that the demand for them will be very high, and

• that their only question was where and from whom they could order, pay, build and start using them as soon as possible.

The second part of them referred to the opinion of an adequate number of companies/services in the same areas.

The results he reached very precisely showed him:

• that practically all of them want to have them, but

• that they were especially interested in this,

whether they could be partially or completely used as small warehouses, or whether several of them built next to each other could be used as slightly larger warehouses, because they are extremely important to them in these areas for their business and they have a very great need for them.

As they received the answer that it was possible without any problem, their results were almost 100% positive.

At the same time, they showed that UNDERGROUND GARAGES are even more universal objects, that is, that this capital invention is also a universal invention.

Other analyzes and tests were very important to him as an architect, and were carried out with recognized and renowned architects from several European countries.

The results he reached very precisely showed him:

• that everyone was delighted with them for a reason,

• what about UNDERGROUND GARAGES with three places for storing/garaging such motor vehicles, which will be built side by side, will be able to completely solve all the needs of residential buildings with fewer apartments or the needs of employees of smaller companies/services, which means that as a result, in their lower floors, they will no longer have to design an adequate number of underground storage facilities for such motor vehicles, the construction of which is many times more expensive,

• that because of this, 1 m² of such objects will be significantly cheaper, i

• that because of this, such objects will be able to be designed completely differently, what is meant by that, that they will be significantly more economical than before, which will lead to major positive changes in one part of the architecture.

In the end, one more thing must be said about this capital invention of UNDERGROUND GARAGE:

• that, in a technical sense, it is several steps ahead of everything that has been done in this sense to date,

• that it is fully compatible with all available knowledge and technical possibilities of our time today,

• because of this, without any doubt, it represents the right, only possible and maximally economical solution for the difficult and complex traffic and environmental problems in the urbanized areas of the world,

• that at the same time it is a universal invention because some of its parts or the whole will be able to be used for other purposes, and that

• that it will lead to significant positive changes in one part of the architecture and several other areas.

1. Underground garage, indicated by what - under the last platform there is a space (S) in which there are the main parts of the technique on the basis of which it will be able to function, - has an external structure in the form of walls that can be made of concrete, concrete slabs, plastic slabs or metal, with the fact that they are completely waterproof, and a separate internal metal structure that is prefabricated and composed of horizontal and vertical profiles and platforms, with the fact that the middle platforms of those with two and three places for motor vehicles can be regulated (4), - the upper final platform is larger than the others so that it and the external construction in the form of walls can be completely hermetically closed, - access (5) to all internal spaces located directly on their platforms or outside them, in which there are climbers (6) and protected by a metal cover (7) with a key, next to which there is a ventilation chimney (at position A, A1 or A2). - has internal and external lighting and a drainage system for small amounts of water - can work on one of four techniques: screw spindle system, scissor system, steel winch system or hydraulic system, - has an independent source of electricity using an adequate battery, ie - is independent of the source of electricity using a small system of solar collectors and battery/batteries, - it is controlled using a remote control, - all its constituent parts are prefabricated.
