Abstract

PODZEMNA GARAŽA (1) s vanjskom konstrukcijom i montažnom unutarnjom konstrukcijom koja sadrži jednu, dvije ili tri platforme za spremanje/garažiranje motornih vozila, izvedena u tri tlocrtne veličine, ovisno o veličini vozila, pri čemu se na svakoj razini navedene garaže nalazi platforma za spremanje/garažiranje jednog motornog vozila i namijenjena je urbaniziranim prostorima svijeta.UNDERGROUND GARAGE (1) with exterior structure and prefabricated interior structure containing one, two or three platforms for storing / garageing motor vehicles, made in three floor plans, depending on the size of the vehicle, with a storage platform at each level of said garage / Garage of one motor vehicle and is intended for urbanized areas of the world.

Ovaj kapitalni IZUM je pravo, jedino moguće, maksimalno ekonomično i u tehničkom smislu apsolutno najbolje rješenje za sve obitelji sa više članova ili manje tvrtke/servise koji žive ili posluju u svojim objektima ili poslovnim prostorima, a nalaze se na manjim parcelama koje su njihovo vlasništvo u naseljima ili gradovima odnosno u urbaniziranim prostorima svijeta na kojima im se iz najrazličitijih urbanističkih, konzervatorskih ili ostalih razloga ne dozvoljava izgradnja nužno potrebnih garaža ili nadstrešnica u koje bi mogli spremiti/garažirati ili pod kojima bi mogli zaštiti svoja motorna vozila sa kojima se svakodnevno koriste, odnosi se na PODZEMNE GARAŽE koje će se moći nalaziti na tim njihovim malim parcelama u koje će moći spremiti/garažirati jedno (1), dva (2), tri (3) ili više svojih motornih vozila za čiju im izgradnju u najvećem broju država neće biti potrebna čak ni neka posebna građevinska dozvola uz što je potrebno istaći, da će kod njihove izgradnje zbog njihove velike dodatne ekološke vrijednosti moći dobiti značajna bespovratna sredstva pa će im njihova cijena biti maksimalno pristupačna i prihvatljiva, iz izuzetno je važnih područja prometa i ekologije, a potpuno je usuglašen sa svim dostupnim znanjima i tehničkim mogućnostima ovog našeg vremena danas. Prve detaljne analize i ispitivanja na razvoju ovog kapitalnog IZUMA bile su urađene na duljinama, širinama i visinama naprijed navedenih motornih vozila s kojima se svakodnevno koriste stanovnici ili manje tvrtke/servisi koji žive ili posluju u tim urbaniziranim prostorima. Rezultati do kojih je došao pokazali su mu da je isto to moguće riješiti i na drugi način. Zbog toga se prikazuje i njihova druga varijanta pod 7.3. Zbog toga je odlučio, da će to biti standardna oprema PODZEMNIH GARAŽA. That is why he decided that it will be the standard equipment of UNDERGROUND GARAGE.

Nakon toga je mogao početi sa sedmim detaljnim analizama i ispitivanjima koje su bile vezane za tehniku na temelju koje/kojih bi one mogle besprijekorno funkcionirati. After that he could start with the seven detailed analyzes and tests that were related to the technique based on which/which they could function flawlessly.

Pod njima se u prvom redu misli na četiri provjerene tehnike i to: They primarily refer to four proven techniques, namely:

Vezano za to se mora još reći: In relation to that, it must be said:

Zbog toga je morao uraditi osme detaljne analize i ispitivanja koje su bila kompleksne i vezane za tu problematiku. Because of this, he had to do eight detailed analyzes and tests that were complex and related to that issue.

Podzemna garaža, naznačena time, što - ispod zadnje platforme nalazi se prostor (S) u kojem se nalaze glavni dijelovi tehnike na temelju koje će moći funkcionirati, - ima vanjsku konstrukciju u vidu stijenki koje mogu biti urađene od betona, betonskih ploča, plastičnih ploča ili metala, s time da su potpuno vodonepropusne, i odvojenu unutarnju metalnu konstrukciju koja je montažna i sastavljena od horizontalnih i vertikalnih profila te platformi s time da će se srednje platforme kod onih s dva i tri mjesta za motorna vozila moći regulirati (4), - gornja završna platforma je veća od drugih kako bi se pomoću nje i vanjske konstrukcije u vidu stijenki mogla potpuno hermetički zatvoriti, - pristup (5) do svih unutarnjih prostora koji se nalaze direktno na njihovim platformama ili izvan njih u kojemu se nalaze penjalice (6) i zaštićeni su metalnim poklopcem (7) s ključem a uz koji se nalazi ventilacijski dimnjak (na poziciji A, A1 ili A2). - ima unutarnju i vanjsku rasvjetu te sustav odvodnje manjih količina vode - može funkcionirati na jednoj od četiri tehnike: sustav s navojnim vretenima, sustav sa škarama, sustav s čeličnim vitlima ili hidraulički sustav, - ima neovisni izvor električne energije pomoću adekvatne baterije, odnosno - je neovisna o izvoru električne energije pomoću malog sustava solarnih kolektora i baterije/baterija, - se njome upravlja pomoću daljinskog upravljača, - su svi njezini sastavni dijelovi montažni. 1.
