Abstract

Naprava za toplinsko nebuliziranje tekućine, gdje navedenu napravu čine:- jedinica (3) za dobivanje mlaza stlačenog vrućeg plina, s izlazom za vrući plin (31);- cijev za ispuštanje (5), čiji je ulaz za vrući plin povezan s izlazom za vrući plin (31) proizvodne jedinice (3), te izlaz za ispuštanje (33) maglice tekućine;- primarni izvor tekućine (7);- injektor (9) za ubacivanje odmjerenog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7);- sonda (11) za detektiranje potpunog ili djelomičnog prekida odmjerenog dotoka tekućine ubačene u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7); naznačena time što uključuje:- sekundarni izvor tekućine (13);- injektor (15) za ubacivanje pomoćnog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz sekundarnog izvora tekućine (13) kada sonda (11) detektira potpuni ili djelomični prekid odmjerenog dotoka tekućine ubačene u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7). Patent sadrži još 9 patentnih zahtjeva.

Claims (10)

1. Naprava za toplinsko nebuliziranje tekućine, gdje navedenu napravu čine: – jedinica (3) za dobivanje mlaza stlačenog vrućeg plina, s izlazom za vrući plin (31); – cijev za ispuštanje (5), čiji je ulaz za vrući plin povezan s izlazom za vrući plin (31) proizvodne jedinice (3), te izlaz za ispuštanje (33) maglice tekućine; – primarni izvor tekućine (7); – injektor (9) za ubacivanje odmjerenog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7); – sonda (11) za detektiranje potpunog ili djelomičnog prekida odmjerenog dotoka tekućine ubačene u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7); naznačena time što uključuje: – sekundarni izvor tekućine (13); – injektor (15) za ubacivanje pomoćnog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz sekundarnog izvora tekućine (13) kada sonda (11) detektira potpuni ili djelomični prekid odmjerenog dotoka tekućine ubačene u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7).
2. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačena time što injektor (3) za ubacivanje odmjerenog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7) uključuje mjerač tekućine (37), čiji je ulaz za usis tekućine povezan s primarnim izvorom tekućine (7) i izlaz za predaju tekućine povezan s ulazom za tekućinu (35) cijevi za ispuštanje (5), gdje injektor (15) za ubacivanje pomoćnog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje iz sekundarnog izvora tekućine (13) uključuje ventilski element (51), pogodan za selektivno povezivanje ulaza za usis tekućine mjerača (37) sa sekundarnim izvorom tekućine (13).
3. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačena time što je sonda (11) temperaturna sonda, pogodna za mjerenje temperature mlaza plina u cijevi za ispuštanje (5) nizvodno od ulaza za tekućinu (35).
4. Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3, naznačena time što uključuje računalo (49), pogodno za očitavanje temperature mlaza plina koju je izmijerila sonda (11), uspoređivanje te temperature mlaza s predviđenom maksimalnom vrijednošću, te aktiviranje ventilskog elementa (51) kako bi se povezalo ulaz za usis tekućine mjerača (37) sa sekundarnim izvorom tekućine (13) kada je temperatura mlaza viša od navedene predviđene maksimalne vrijednosti.

Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 3 ili 4, naznačena time što ventilski element (51) uključuje trosmjerni ventil, koji uključuje primarni ulaz za tekućinu povezan s primarnim izvorom tekućine (7), sekundarni ulaz za tekućinu povezan sa sekundarnim izvorom tekućine (13), te izlaz povezan s ulazom za usis tekućine mjerača (37).
6. Naprava u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što je primarni izvor tekućine (7) izvor tekućine koji sadrži sredstvo za kemijsku obradu, gdje je sekundarni izvor tekućine (13) izvor tekućine koji ne sadrži navedeno sredstvo za kemijsku obradu.
7. Naprava u skladu s bilo koji of patentni zahtjevi 1 do 6, naznačena time što je sekundarni izvor tekućine (13) izvor vode.

Naprava u skladu s bilo koji of patentni zahtjevi 1 do 7, naznačena time što jedinica (3) za dobivanje mlaza stlačenog vrućeg plina uključuje puhalo (17), koji ima ulaz za usis plina i izlaz (21) za predaju stlačenog plina, te grijač (19) za stlačeni plin, čiji je ulaz za hladni plin povezan s izlazom za predaju (21) puhala (17), te izlaz (31), koji je izlaz za vrući plin.

Naprava u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačena time što je sekundarni izvor tekućine (13) uglavnom zrakonepropusni spremnik, injektor (15) za ubacivanje pomoćnog dotoka tekućine u cijev za ispuštanje (5) iz sekundarnog izvora tekućine (13), koji uključuje tlačnu cijev (61) koja povezuje izlaz za predaju (21) puhala (17) s glavom (71) sekundarnog izvora tekućine (13), te injekcijsku cijev (63) koja povezuje sekundarni izvor tekućine (13) s ulazom za tekućinu (35, 65) cijevi za ispuštanje (5).
10. Postupak toplinskog nebuliziranja tekućine, gdje navedeni postupak čine sljedeći koraci: – dobivanje mlaza stlačenog vrućeg plina; – ubacivanje dotoka tekućine u stlačeni vrući plin iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7); naznačen time što ga čine sljedeći koraci: – detektiranje potpunog ili djelomičnog prekida dotoka tekućine iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7); – ubacivanje dotoka tekućine u vrući stlačeni plin iz sekundarnog izvora tekućine kada se detektira potpuni ili djelomični prekid dotoka tekućine iz primarnog izvora tekućine (7).
