Abstract

The cap has a body inside which a junction disk (41) is arranged. The tube and the pipe are arranged on both sides of the disk and constitute removal elements. Claims (12)

1. A closure cap (4) of a container (1) intended for holding beverages containing carbon dioxide, consisting of a body (40) with hanging elements including an immersed tube (56) and a flexible drain tube, wherein the immersed tube (56) and the flexible drain pipe extend on both sides of the said cover, and the drain pipe fastening element (41) with the submerged pipe (56), wherein the attachment part (41) contains the opening (51) for liquid, from the submerged pipe ( 56) according to the drain pipe, said opening (51) has a tubular extension to which one of the ends of the drain pipe is fixed, where said closing cover (4) additionally contains an assembly for keeping said drain pipe on the tubular extension of the fastening element (41), characterized in that the retaining assembly includes a clamping ring (43) which allows the drain pipe to be retained on the fastening element (41) in such a way as to squeeze the end of the pipe over the extension of the fastening element (41). 2. The closing cap (4) according to patent claim 1, characterized in that the retention assembly includes a tongue (46) for pressing the outlet pipe onto the extension of the fastening element. 3. A closing cap (4) according to claim 2, characterized in that said tab (46) is an element for closing the liquid opening (51), wherein said tab (46) is positioned so that it has a joint on the body (40) so that it can be rotated from a position in which the fluid port is open to a position in which the port is closed by pivoting on the extension of the fastening element. 4. A container (1) intended for holding beverages containing carbon dioxide, more specifically a beer keg, equipped with a closure cap in accordance with any patent claim 1 to 6, characterized in that with said cap (4) it is irreversibly attached to the neck for filling (5) of the specified container. 8. Container (1) in accordance with patent claim 7, characterized in that the hermetic closure between the filling neck (5) and the closing cover is achieved with one or several annular folds (42) located on the body (40) of said cover. 9. Container (1) according to patent claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the liquid held in it is a beverage with carbon dioxide. 10. Container (1) according to patent claim 9, characterized in that the liquid held in it is beer. 11.
