Abstract
Elektromotor sa višeslojnim permanentnim magnetima ugrađenim u rotorski laminat profiliran za veliki doprinos reluktancije ukupnom momentu motora, predstavlja novo rješenje visoko efikasnog elektromotora sa maksimalnim momentom po jedinici volumena. Bit ovog rješenja predstavlja specifična forma rotora koji ima reluktantne utore (2),(3),(4) i troslojne segmentirane magnetske polove (8). Parcelizacijom magnetskog pola omogućeno je efikasnije djelovanje rashladnog medija čime se uz nepromijenjenu količinu magnetskog materijala povećala granica demagnetizacije. Da bi se dodatno smanjile dimenzije mehaničkih poveznica i njihovim magnetskim zasićenjem eliminirao utjecaj na magnetski krug rotora, kompozicija rotora izvedena je od jediničnih modula učvršćenih mehaničkim kavezom (18) izrađenog od nemagnetičnog slabo vodljivog i mehanički čvrstog materijala što rješava probleme mehaničke čvrstoće kod velikih motora i eliminira negativni utjecaj.The electric motor with multilayer permanent magnets built into the rotor laminate profiled for great contribution of reluctance to the total torque of the motor, is a new solution of highly efficient electric motor with maximum torque per unit volume. The essence of this solution is the specific shape of the rotor which has reluctant grooves (2), (3), (4) and three-layer segmented magnetic poles (8). The parcelization of the magnetic pole enabled a more efficient operation of the cooling medium, which, along with the unchanged amount of magnetic material, increased the demagnetization limit. To further reduce the dimensions of mechanical links and their magnetic saturation to eliminate the impact on the rotor magnetic circuit, the rotor composition is made of unit modules fastened by a mechanical cage (18) made of non-magnetic poorly conductive and mechanically strong material that solves mechanical strength problems in large motors and eliminates negative impact.
