Abstract
Sustav dvostrukog gurača sondi služi za ispitivanje cijevi generatora pare nuklearnih elektrana tipa WER.Problemi koji se javljaju kod ispitivanja gore spomenutog generatora pare su:onemogućen nesmetan prolaz sonde zbog izrazito kompleksne konstrukcije cijevi odnosno velikog broja koljena različitih kuteva, cijevna stijena cilindričnog oblika, područje visoke zone ionizirajućeg zračenja, velik broj cijevi koje je potrebno ispitati u relativno kratkom vremenu.Sustav dvostrukog gurača sondi zbog specifične konstrukcije pogonskog mehanizma nesmetano gura i provlači sonde cijelom dužinom cijevi koje je potrebno ispitati. Pošto se sastoji iz dvije identične pogonske jedinice, sustav dvostrukog gurača sondi može pogoniti dvije sonde, čime se znatno skraćuje vrijeme ispitivanja. Upravljanje sistemom je u potpunosti automatizirano pa zahtijeva minimalan prilaz ka mjestu ispitivanja.The double probe pusher system is used to test the steam generator tubes of nuclear power plants of the WER type. Problems that occur when testing the above mentioned steam generator are: disabled unobstructed passage of the probe due to extremely complex pipe construction or large number of elbows, cylindrical tubular wall, high area zones of ionizing radiation, a large number of tubes that need to be tested in a relatively short time. Since it consists of two identical drive units, the dual probe pusher system can drive two probes, thus significantly shortening the test time. System management is fully automated and requires minimal access to the test site.
