Abstract

A circular water cycle environmental protection procedure for tanker failures, characterized in that, in the event of a tanker crash, stranding or collision when a cargo, oil, petroleum product leaks, a certain amount is estimated to be optimal, for example 1/10 cargo or less the pump draws water from the environment and directs the existing, at least one pipeline, into the damaged tank, where fluid is separated, due to the fact that the water is heavier than the load, with the amount of water being supplied initially exceeding the amount fluid flowing out of the tank, until the load is lifted to the optimum height, which will allow a smooth circular cycle of water, and the load is lifted to the optimum height of the cargo surface to the top of the tank "ullage" when it proceeds to bring about the same amount of water and the amount of fluid that flows out from the tank, and such a level is maintained by a circular cycle of water, for an unlimited time, that is, until the cargo is transhipped to a sig or, in the worst case, the discharge of cargo as far away from the shore as possible, with continuous or frequent measurements of the space from the cargo surface to the top of the tank "ullage" and inerting with appropriate inert gas, for example nitrogen.
