Abstract

The invention discloses a mercury-free lead-free button battery which comprises a cathode cover, an anode material, a seal ring, an anode shell, a cathode material, and a diaphragm, wherein the anode shell and the cathode cover are connected in a buckling manner, the seal ring is clamped between the anode shell and the cathode cover, the anode shell and the cathode cover are separated from each other; the anode material is arranged on the bottom of the anode shell, the diaphragm is arranged above the anode material, and the cathode material is arranged between the cathode cover and the diaphragm; an isolated unit is arranged between the cathode cover and the cathode material and used for separating from the cathode material and the cathode cover, and connected with the cathode material and the cathode cover in a conduction manner; therefore, the isolated unit is arranged between the cathode cover and the cathode material so as to ensure isolation of the cathode material and the cathode cover; and the phenomena such as, product appearing flatulence caused by contacting the cathode material and the cathode cover, weeping and explosion are effectively avoided, potential safety hazardis stopped, and the security of a product is better.
