Description

Gripping device of soft container distributor
Technical Field
The invention relates to an operating device for a liquid dispensing device with a flexible container.
Background
This type of dispenser typically includes an extractor member, such as an airless pump, having a dispensing head and mounted to the container by a cylindrical fitting.
However, gripping the container with such a dispenser causes deformation thereof and increases the internal pressure. This pressure will open the intake valve of the pump and will affect the dispensing, causing the outflow to be greater than desired.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is to solve this problem without the need for the user to press the bag with his hands.
The object of the invention is achieved by a device for gripping an airless dispenser, which comprises a lead-through part which has a dispensing head and which is attached to a flexible container by means of a cylindrical joint. The device is characterized in that a set of fin plates is arranged at the top of the joint and below the distributing and sprinkling head, the bottom surface of the fin plates is used for placing fingers of a user, and the fingers can press the fin plates.
In a particular embodiment, the set of fin plates includes two diametrically opposed identical fin plates.
According to another feature, the bottom surface of the fin is ergonomically shaped to match the shape of a finger.
According to another feature, the fins are made of elastically deformable plastic at least on the outside thereof.
According to a further feature, each fin cross-section is formed with a raised end to enable suspension of the container and/or mounting of the housing.
In a different embodiment, the widest portion of each fin is sized to be larger than the outer diameter of the tab, thereby forming a connecting flange.
The bottom surface of the fin is preferably connected to the side wall of the tab by a shoulder.
In a different embodiment, each fin defines a central cavity about its inner edge that receives a locking sleeve for locking the exit member.
The device of the invention firstly allows comfortable holding of the dispensing device in the hand, without the need to exert a force on the container which would adversely affect the operation of the pump, and secondly allows easy pressing of the dispensing head with the index finger.
The device of the invention is particularly ergonomic, can be matched with fingers of various sizes and shapes, and has good flexibility when in use.
Drawings
The invention may be better understood by reference to the following description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view of a distributor incorporating one embodiment of the apparatus of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is an external view of the dispenser of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the device of the present invention with the lead-out member added; and
figures 4A and 4B show the gripping method of the distributor of figures 1 and 2, respectively, equipped with the device according to the invention, in the inactive phase and in the spraying phase.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the dispenser including a lead-out member P such as an airless pump equipped with a dispensing head T formed with a button and having a nozzle b.
The pump P is mounted to a bladder R which becomes a liquid reservoir through an airtight cylindrical joint 1.
In this example, the dispenser also has a sleeve C which locks the pump body into the fitting 1. The pump P is freely rotatable within the joint 1.
The lower end of the fitting 1 has a bush 11 on which an annular flange 10 is sealingly engageable with the container R.
The upper end of the fitting 1 has a set of fin plates 12 below the dispensing head T, the underside of which is adapted and intended to be placed against the fingers of a user and to be pressed by the fingers, in particular when the dispensing head T is pushed by hand.
In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the set of fins comprises two identical lateral fins 12a, 12B distributed on opposite sides of the axis of the distributor (see fig. 4 and 4B).
To this end, the bottom surface of the fin plate 12 is ergonomically shaped to match the shape of a finger. In particular, the bottom face of the fin 12 is connected to the side wall of the joint 1 by means of a shoulder 14, the shape of which matches that of the thumb and middle finger.
Thus, when the dispenser is grasped, the fingers of the user are in place and naturally fit between the liner 11 and the fin 12, as shown in fig. 4A, without contacting the deformable portion of the bladder R.
The fin 12 is preferably made of a resiliently deformable plastic material at least around its edges to allow for engagement with fingers of various sizes and shapes.
In this case the widest part of the fin is larger than the outer diameter of the joint. The fins 12a, 12b thus meet around the central portion of the joint 1, forming a connecting flange 13. The inner edge of the fin 12 forms a central cavity that receives the locking sleeve C.
A flange D extends laterally from the sleeve C and is directed to abut the inner edges of the fins 12a, 12 b.
In the variant shown in fig. 4A and 4D, the sleeve C is frustoconical and the flange D is funnel-shaped, thus eliminating the discontinuity in shape between the sleeve C and the fin 12.
Since the sleeve C is made of a rigid material, it is possible, in particular in the variant shown in fig. 4A, 4B, to make the fins entirely of an elastomeric material.
The cross-section of the fin 12 and the flange 13 forms a protruding end of thickness e (see fig. 2) enabling it to suspend the container R when filled with liquid during the packaging stage and/or to secure the casing (not shown) enclosing the container R.
