Description

Drip filter bag
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drip filter bag which is hooked on an upper portion of a container such as a cup so that drip-filtered coffee can be easily put in.
Background
Conventionally, as a coffee brewing method for enjoying authentic coffee easily, a paper drip filter method has been widely used. In this paper trickling mode, typically several persons (cups) of coffee are extracted at a time.
On the other hand, in recent years, the number of people living alone has increased, and the number of constituent people in one family has decreased due to a small family or a decrease in birth rate. Therefore, instead of the paper drip filter method for extracting a plurality of cups of coffee, which has been basically used in the related art, disposable single-serve coffee (hereinafter, referred to as a drip filter bag) for the purpose of extracting a single cup of coffee easily is sold in various product forms in the market.
Among them, as a product having a simple structure, a drip bag is employed which is constituted by a bag main body made of a sheet material having water permeability and filterability for adding coffee powder and a hooking part made of paper or the like which is stuck on a side surface of the bag main body so as to hang the bag main body on a cup. Such drip bags can save on material to be formed and can be manufactured at low cost. In addition, miniaturization of products can be achieved.
However, unlike the conventional paper trickling filter method, the trickling filter is immersed in coffee liquid in a cup when coffee is extracted, and therefore, the coffee flavor may not be satisfied. In addition, when the drip filter is collected after coffee is extracted, attention must be paid to the drip filter because the drip filter is immersed in hot coffee liquid.
In contrast, as a drip bag which has a simple structure and is very easily fixed to a cup, stabilizes the shape after being fixed to the cup, and can be easily and safely discarded after coffee is extracted, as a result of which the taste of coffee obtained by the conventional paper drip filtration method can be obtained, the present inventors have provided a drip bag having a hook member with a specific shape (japanese patent No. 3166151).
Fig. 4A is a plan view of the coffee drip bag 10 in which coffee powder is filled in the drip bag 1, an opening portion of an upper end thereof is closed, and a needle holding hole is provided at the upper end portion, and fig. 4B and 4C are explanatory views of a use state thereof.
The drip bag 1 is composed of a bag body 2, hook members 3 provided on the outer surfaces of both surfaces facing the bag body 2, and reinforcing pieces 9 provided on the outer peripheral portions of the hook members 3.
The hook member 3 is formed by adding a cut line to a sheet material such as paper or a plastic sheet, and is composed of a peripheral edge portion 4, an arm portion 5, and a tongue piece portion 6, the tongue piece portion 6 is bonded to the outer surface of the bag main body 2 (in the figure, a portion surrounded by a broken line P is a bonded portion), the lower end of the tongue piece portion 6 is connected to the lower portion of the arm portion 5, and the upper end of the arm portion 5 is connected to the upper portion of the peripheral edge portion 4.
When the coffee drip bag 10 is used, the upper end of the bag main body 2 is cut along the holder eyelet 7 to form an opening, the peripheral edge 4 is pulled up as indicated by an arrow a (fig. 4B), and the peripheral edge 4 is pulled up in accordance with the diameter of the cup 30 and hung on the cup side wall 31 (fig. 4C).
Therefore, the bag main body 2 is hung on the central upper portion of the cup 30 in a state where the opening 8 is enlarged by the arm portion 5 by pulling the opposing 2 surfaces in the direction of the arrow B in the opposite directions. Then, the reinforcing sheet 9 can prevent the opening 8 from being closed by bending the inner and outer sheets constituting the bag main body 2. In addition, the peripheral edge portion 4 is pressed against the outer surface of the cup side wall 31 in the direction of arrow C. Therefore, the coffee drip bag 10 is fixed to the upper portion of the cup 30 in a very stable state.
In this way, after the coffee drip bag 10 is fixed to the cup 30 in a simple manner in a very stable state, only the opening 8 is filled with boiled water as indicated by an arrow, and thereby delicious coffee can be easily obtained. Also, the coffee drip bag 10 after coffee extraction can be easily discarded.
However, the above coffee drip filter bag 10 has problems in that: when the opening of the cup wall 30 is thin, as shown in fig. 5A, the wall 32 that sandwiches the opening of the cup 30 can be secured by the peripheral edge 4 and the arm 5, but when the wall 32 of the opening of the cup wall 30 is thick, as shown in fig. 5B, the wall 32 cannot be secured by the peripheral edge 4 and the arm 5, and therefore, as shown by the arrow, the hooking member 3 is easily detached from the cup 30.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a delicious drip bag for coffee, which has a simple structure and can be produced by a conventional paper drip filtration method, can be very easily and firmly fixed to a cup even when the wall of the opening of the cup is thick, and can further stabilize the shape of the drip bag after being fixed to the cup.
Disclosure of Invention
The inventor finds that: in the drip filter bag composed of a bag main body made of a thin layer material having water permeability and filterability and a hooking member made of a thin plate-like material, by making the hooking member have a specific shape, in the case of hooking the hooking member to a cup, a portion hooked on the wall of the opening portion of the cup can be formed at the peripheral edge portion of the hooking member, whereby the drip filter bag can be stably fixed to the cup even in the case of a thick wall of the opening portion of the cup.
That is, the present invention provides a drip bag comprising a bag main body made of a thin sheet material having water permeability and filterability and having an opening at an upper end portion, hooking members made of a thin sheet material and provided on outer surfaces of 2 opposed faces in the bag main body, and a reinforcing sheet made of a thin sheet material and adhered to the outer surface of the bag main body on an outer peripheral portion thereof, the hooking members comprising tongue pieces adhered to the outer surface of the bag main body, arm portions positioned on outer peripheral portions of the tongue pieces and connected to lower ends of the tongue pieces and formed so as to be able to be pulled up from the bag main body, and peripheral edge portions positioned on outer peripheral portions of the arm portions and connected to upper end center portions of the arm portions, wherein the peripheral edge portion center portions have hooking portions on both sides thereof which are cut off from upper ends of the arm portions and extend in a horizontal direction A portion forming a folding line between the hooking portion and a central portion of the upper portion of the peripheral edge portion, and forming a folding line on an extension of the folding line at a lower portion of the peripheral edge portion.
In addition, the present invention provides a coffee drip bag, which is formed by filling coffee powder in the drip bag and closing the upper end of the bag main body.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the drip filter bag and the coffee drip filter bag filled with coffee according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the respective drawings, the same reference numerals denote the same or equivalent constituent elements.
Fig. 1A is a plan view of an embodiment of the drip filter bag of the present invention, and fig. 1B and 1C are explanatory views of a usage state thereof, respectively.
The coffee drip bag 10A is filled with coffee powder in the drip bag 1A according to one embodiment of the present invention, closes an opening portion of an upper end thereof, and is further provided with a side needle hole 17 at the upper end.
The drip bag 1A is constituted by: a bag body 12 made of a sheet material having water permeability and filterability, hooking members 13 provided on outer surfaces of both surfaces opposed to the bag body 12, and a reinforcing sheet 19 adhered to an outer surface of the bag body at outer peripheral portions of the hooking members.
The bag body 12 has two opposing rectangular surfaces 12a, 12 b. The bag body 12 is formed in the following manner: for example, a rectangular sheet is folded in half, and the convex fold is used as the lower side 12p of the rectangular surfaces 12a, 12b, and the two sides 12q, 12r of the rectangular surfaces 12a, 12b are joined, leaving the upper end 12s as an opening.
As the sheet material having water permeability and filterability forming the bag main body 12, various materials can be used which can be filled with a prescribed amount of coffee powder and can extract coffee when being infused with boiling water for brewing. For example, woven or nonwoven fabrics composed of synthetic fibers such as polyester, nylon, polyethylene, polypropylene, vinylon, semisynthetic fibers such as rayon, single or composite fibers of natural fibers such as paper mulberry and knot incense, mixed papers made of manila hemp, wood pulp, polypropylene fibers, etc., and papers such as base paper for tea bags can be used. Further, as the sheet material having water permeability and filterability, a sheet material having a 3-layer structure made of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric is preferable in terms of taste, aroma, flavor, and extraction time, and the melt-blown nonwoven fabric is constituted by using polyester as the 1 st layer, a mixed paper of ordinary polyester and low-melting-point polyester as the 2 nd layer, and ultrafine fibers of polypropylene as the 3 rd layer.
On the other hand, since the bag body 12 is to be fixed to the cup 30, the hooking members 13 are provided on the outer surfaces of the front and rear rectangular surfaces 12a, 12b of the bag body 12, respectively. The hooking member 13 is formed of a thin plate-like material such as paper, plastic sheet, or the like.
The hook member 13 is composed of a tongue portion 16, an arm portion 15 positioned on an outer peripheral portion of the tongue portion 16, and a peripheral edge portion 14 positioned on an outer peripheral portion of the arm portion 15 and forming a peripheral edge of the hook member 13. Here, the tongue piece portion 16 is stuck to the outer surface of the bag main body 12 in the region surrounded by the broken line P. The arm portion 15 is connected to the lower end of the tongue portion 16 and can be pulled up from the bag body 12. The peripheral edge 14 is connected to the upper center of the arm 15.
The drip bag 1A is characterized in that the peripheral edge portion 14 has hook portions 14a extending in the horizontal direction, which are separated from the upper end of the arm portion 15 by a cut line L1, particularly on both sides of the upper central portion of the peripheral edge portion 14. A folding line L2 is formed between the hook portion 14a and the upper central portion 14b of the peripheral edge portion 14, and a folding line L3 is formed on the extension of the folding line L2 at the lower portion of the peripheral edge portion 14.
The reinforcing sheet 19 is located above and on both sides of the hooking part 13 at a position in contact with the hooking part 13, and is stuck on the outer surface of the bag body 12. If the reinforcing piece 19 is formed at a position in contact with the hooking part 13 as described above, it is preferable to simultaneously form the hooking part 13 and the reinforcing piece 19 easily and at a low cost by punching out a single sheet-like material and reducing waste of the sheet-like material.
A folding line L4 for folding the strip-shaped portion 19a into an コ shape is formed in the reinforcing sheet 19 located above the hook member 13, that is, in the strip-shaped portion 19a of the reinforcing sheet 19 provided along the opening 18 of the bag body 12.
Although the size of the reinforcing sheet 19 is not particularly limited, when the coffee drip bag 10A is fixed to the cup 30 (see fig. 1C), since the dimensional stability of the shape of the bag body 12 is lowered when the size is too small, for example, when the height H1 of the bag body 12 is 70 to 100mm and the width W1 is 65 to 85mm, the height H2 of the hook member 13 is preferably about 35 to 80mm and the width W2 is preferably about 35 to 75 mm.
The attachment position of the hook member 13 to the bag body 12 depends on the size of the hook member 13 relative to the bag body 12, and if the attachment position is too low, the stability of the bag body 12 is lowered, whereas if the drip bag 10A is fixed to the cup 30 near the upper side, the lower portion of the bag body 12 is immersed in the extracted coffee liquid, and therefore, the coffee flavor may be unsatisfactory depending on the preference of the consumer. Therefore, the position of the hook member 13 to be attached to the bag body 12 is appropriately determined according to the preference of the consumer as the target of the product, and the distance d between the lower edge 13P of the hook member 13 and the lower edge 12P of the bag body 12 is preferably about 10 to 25 mm.
As a method of extracting coffee using the coffee drip bag 10A, first, the bag main body 12 is opened by removing the upper end portion of the bag main body 12 by tearing the holder eyelet 17, and the peripheral edge portion 14 is pulled up as shown by an arrow a in fig. 1B. Next, as shown in fig. 1C, peripheral edge 14 is pulled up in accordance with the diameter of the opening of cup 30, peripheral edge 14 is hung on cup side wall 31, and peripheral edge 14 is bent at folding lines L2 and L3. Thereafter, after the coffee drip bag 10A is fixed to the cup 30, the boiled water is poured from the opening 18 of the bag body 12.
Since the hooking part 14a of the peripheral edge part 14 is hooked so as to be placed on the wall 32 of the opening part of the cup 30 by fixing the coffee drip bag 10A to the cup 30 in this manner, the hooking member 13 is hooked on the cup 30 very stably. At this time, the arm portions 15 pull the bag main body 12 in the direction of arrow B from the 2 opposing surfaces in opposite directions to each other, thereby expanding the opening 18. Further, the reinforcing sheet 19 favorably maintains the opening shape, and the inner and outer rectangular surfaces 12a, 12b of the bag main body 12 are bent to prevent the opening 18 from being closed. In particular, since the strip-shaped portion 19a of the reinforcing sheet provided along the opening portion 18 of the bag main body 12 is bent at the fold line L4 to form the strip-shaped portion 19a into a コ shape, the opening portion 18 of the bag main body 12 can be enlarged even when the diameter of the opening portion of the cup 30 is small as shown in fig. 2A.
In contrast, as shown in fig. 2B, in the conventional coffee drip bag 10 having no fold line on the reinforcing sheet, the opening 8 of the bag body 2 is opened by a small amount when the diameter of the opening of the cup 30 is small.
Therefore, with the drip bag 10A, the drip bag 10A can be easily fixed to the cup 30 in an extremely stable state regardless of whether the wall of the opening of the cup 30 is thick or thin. In addition, regardless of the diameter of the opening of the cup 30, the coffee drip bag 10A can be fixed to the cup 30 in a state where the opening 18 of the bag body 12 is widely opened. Therefore, the coffee is easy to be infused with boiled water for soaking when coffee is extracted.
Further, if the hooking member 13 is attached to the lower portion of the bag body 12 so that the bag body 12 is just above the liquid surface of the extracted coffee liquid after coffee extraction, it is possible to obtain coffee having the same taste as that of the conventional paper drip filtration method, and it is also possible to discard the coffee drip bag 10A after coffee extraction more easily without causing a risk of burning.
In addition, although the above description has shown the example in which the coffee drip filter bag 10A is fixed to the cup 30 after the coffee drip filter bag 10A is opened by the holder 17, the method of using the coffee drip filter bag 10A of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the coffee drip filter bag 10A may be opened after the coffee drip filter bag 10A is fixed to the cup 30.
In the present invention, the form of the hooking means may take various forms.
For example, as in the coffee drip bag 10B shown in fig. 3A, in order to form the hook portions 14a extending in the horizontal direction while being cut from the upper end of the arm portion 15 on both sides of the upper center portion of the peripheral portion 14, a circular cut line L5 may be provided at the end of the cut line L6 that divides the peripheral portion 14 and the arm portion 15, instead of the aforementioned cut line L1.
When the peripheral edge portion 14 of the coffee drip filter bag 10B is pulled up as shown in fig. 3B and the hooking member 13 is hooked on the cup 30 as shown in fig. 3C, holes 21 are formed on both sides of the upper central portion of the peripheral edge portion 14, and the peripheral edge portion 14 above the holes 21 functions as a hooking portion 14 a. Therefore, even when the wall 32 of the opening portion of the cup 30 is thick, the coffee drip bag 10B can be fixed to the cup 30 in a stable state.
In addition, although the edge-pressing needle holes 17 at the upper end portions of the bag bodies 12 of the coffee drip filter bags 10A, 10B of the present invention are provided to facilitate the formation of the openings of the portions, the portions may be sealed by thermal bonding to such an extent that the portions are easily peeled off, instead of the edge-pressing needle holes 17.
Although the forming position or shape of the reinforcing sheet 19 is not limited to the above example, it is preferable that it is provided in a band shape at least along the opening portion 18 of the bag body 12 in order to stabilize the opening state of the bag body 12. Further, even when the diameter of the opening of the cup is small, the opening of the bag main body is not so small, and therefore, a fold line for folding the band-shaped portion in an コ shape is preferably provided in the band-shaped portion provided along the opening 18 of the bag main body 12.
Industrial applicability
The drip bag of the present invention or the coffee drip bag filled with coffee powder therein can be very easily fixed to a cup even if the wall thickness of the opening portion of the cup has any thickness from thin to thick, and the shape after the fixation is stabilized. In addition, the opening of the bag body can be opened widely regardless of the size of the opening diameter of the cup, so that the pouring of boiled water can be facilitated.
In addition, if the hook member is attached to the bag main body so that the lower end of the bag main body is positioned above the cup in a state of being fixed to the cup according to the preference of the consumer or the like, the bag main body is also above the liquid surface of the extracted coffee liquid after the coffee is extracted, and therefore, coffee having the same taste as that of the conventional paper trickling filter method can be obtained. In addition, the coffee drip bag after coffee extraction can thereby be discarded more easily and safely.
