Claims (7)
- Une station de base destinée à transmettre des signaux moyennant une technique d'accès multiple par répartition de code (CDMA), comportant :un moyen (34) pour combiner une pluralité de signaux de données à spectre étalé (281 à 28N), où la sortie du moyen de combinaison (34) est un signal combiné (44) présentant un niveau de puissance fluctuant ;un moyen (36) pour moduler le signal combiné (44) de façon à produire un signal RF pour la transmission ;un moyen (52) pour mesurer une moyenne d'une valeur absolue, une variance approximative, une approximation de l'écart standard, une moyenne d'un carré de la sortie dudit moyen de combinaison (34) pour une période de temps donnée ; etun moyen (50) pour limiter de manière adaptative une sortie du moyen de combinaison (34) à un niveau de puissance calculé basé au moins en partie sur ladite moyenne mesurée d'une valeur absolue, la variance approximative, l'approximation de l'écart standard, ou la moyenne du carré de la sortie dudit moyen de combinaison pour une période de temps donnée.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, comportant en outre un amplificateur (38) pour amplifier le signal RF, et où ledit moyen de mesure (52) mesure une sortie de l'amplificateur (38) sur la période de temps donnée.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, où le niveau de puissance calculé est deux fois supérieur à un écart standard.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, où le niveau de puissance calculé est au moins égal à un écart standard.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, où un moyen de traitement (54) invalide ledit moyen de limitation adaptative (50) quand un nombre d'utilisateurs actifs atteint une valeur donnée.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, où un moyen de traitement (54) invalide ledit moyen de limitation adaptative (50) pendant la transmission de codes courts.
- La station de base de la revendication 1, comportant en outre un amplificateur (38) pour amplifier le signal RF avant la transmission, ledit moyen de mesure (52) déterminant un niveau de puissance de ladite sortie ; où un gain dudit amplificateur (38) est réglé par un moyen de traitement (54) en réponse au niveau de puissance calculé et à des caractéristiques de gain mémorisées dudit amplificateur (38).
