Abstract

Building apparatus and a method of using said building apparatus to provide a construction. The building apparatus includes a plurality of pre-cast building units ( 8, 14, 16 ) and at least one elongate location rod ( 2, 2' ). Each pre-cast unit ( 8, 14, 16 ) has at least one location portion ( 108, 206 ), typically in the form or a recess and/or slot which locates with said at least one common location rod ( 2, 2' ) to form, in conjunction with a series of pre-cast units ( 8, 14, 16 ), a construction.
