Abstract

The grill mounting for a radial blower has a plastics end plate (4) and a stamped metal casing (2) with an edge wall (12) fitting into a guide in the plastics end plate. The stamped metal casing has a raised projections (16) with spacing from the edge wall less than the depth of the guide and with a height at least equal to the stamped ridge. The width of the guide matches the material thickness of the casing plus the height of the projection.
