ESTOS DERIVADOS DE SULFONAMIDA TIENEN ACTIVIDAD ANTAGONISTA DEL RECEPTOR 3 DE QUIMIOQUINA DE TIPO CC (CCR3) POR LO QUE SON UTILES EN UNA AMPLIA VARIEDAD DE PATOLOGIAS TALES COMO CASOS DE ASMA, DERMATITIS ATOPICA, RINITIS ALERGICA Y OTROS TRASTORNOS INFLAMATORIOS/INMUNOLOGICOS.THE PRESENT INVENTION REFERS TO SULFONAMIDE DERIVATIVES OF GENERAL FORMULA (I) WHERE Z1, Z2, Y, X, R5, R6, R7, ARE FUNCTIONAL GROUPS DESCRIBED IN THE RECORD.
