Abstract

The invention refers to a concoction consisting of composite multilaminar liposomes. A synthetix polypeptide of aminoacid sequence according to the formula RKSIRIQRGPGRAF isbinded on the surface of the said liposomes, whereas their inside, may conatin any molecule with antigenic properties. The described concoction mediates between macrophages and T lympocytes, resulting in the inhibition of retroviral insertion in the cells whereas, at the same time activates the memory cells of the immune system against the contained antigen. The preparation of medicines with the above composition and their administration to humans with allow the prevention and the treatment of infections by the Human immunodeficiency Virus in humans, as well as the concurrent activation of the immune system in order, for example, to tret autoimmune diseases and other conditions.
