The invention relates to a lavatory ventilating system (fig.A) comprising the ventilating electromotor (3) placed as high as possible and a valve for safety and pressure (2) placed at a slightly high position near the bowl. The end of the inlet valve is connected to the bowl via a pipe, the outlet thereof with the electromotor's inlet whereas the outlet thereof is conducted outside. The offensive smells are sucked and conducted outside through the bowl and via the electromotor. The safety valve has two functions: to prevent the water from reaching the electromotor , and stop it leaking from the pipes preserving thus the pressure of the cleaning lavatory system. The advantage of said system is that the offensive smells are driven outside before getting out to the ambient air, ensuring thus an agreeable atmosphere free of offensive smells.
