Abstract

The plasma filt sand multifilter is a filter for separating sand or other solids from water or other liquids, comprised of: the casing (10), the nozzle shaped sleeve (connecting pipe) water inlet (3), the vortical (cyclonic) separation chamber (5), the sand settling chamber (6),the filtration system (9) the water outlet system (8) the sand outlet system (7), the multifilter's flange (2), and the clutch compressor system (1). The sand multifilter, without modification or disconnection from the point of application, can take three forms: In form 1, PLASMA FILT-B, is a vortical (cyclonic) sand filter containing the internal filter (9) which can be made of P.V.C., plastic mesh, stainless steel, or any other materials. In form 2, PLASMA FILT-T, is a sand separator containing the nozzle water launch system (4) with the supply regulator valves. In form 3, PLASMA FILT-F, is a sand separating filter containing the system of nozzles (4) as above, and the mesh filter (9). The water, after being introduced into the multifilter type PLASMA FILT-B, from the sleeve nozzle (3), enters the cyclonic separation chamber (5) leaving the sand on the outer wall (10) and downward until it reaches the settling chamber (6), where it filters to the filter's mesh (9) leaving the outlet (8). The sand from the settling chamber (6) leaves the outlet (7) in the direction of the sand collector or the environment. In the form of separator PLASMA FILT-T, the water enters the multifilter from the nozzle sleeve (3). It then enters the cyclonic separation chamber (5) via the nozzles (4) leaving sand on the outer walls and toward the bottom until reaching the settling chamber (6). The water exits from one outlet (8) and the sand from the other (7) as above. In the form of a separator filter PLASMA FILT-F, the water follows the same process as in the previous example of the form PLASMA FILT-T with the exception that it filters at the filter's mesh (9) before exiting. The advantage of this invention focuses on the fact that the multifilter is adaptable to conditions of application (change of water supply, change of water volume/amount of sand, economy of construction and application) due to its changing forms and ease of water supply adjustment. In this way, the sand multifilter PLASMA FILT can function optimally under any application conditions, without the need for painstaking and expensive replacement.
