Abstract

Υδραυλικώς κινούμενα συμπιεστά τρύπανα υποστηρίζονται εντός καλάθου βάμβακος και συνδέονται δια λειτουργίαν με υδραυλικήν πηγήν μέσω ενεργοποιουμένης εκ του μακρόθεν βαλβίδος αναστροφής. Τα συμπιεστικά τρύπανα περιστρέφονται κατά μίαν πρώτην κατεύθυνσιν δια την συμπίεσιν, του βάμβακος προς το εμπρόσθιο τμήμα του καλάθου, καθώς το σύστημα δι' αγωγού αέρος (αεραγωγό σύστημα) εκτοξεύει τον βάμβακα οπισθίως εντός του καλάθου. Αφού ο βάμβαξ συμπιεσθή προς το εμπρόσθιο τμήμα του καλάθου η βαλβίς αναστροφής ενεργοποιείται δια την πρόκλησιν περιστροφής των συμπιεστικών τρυπάνων κατά την αντικείμενην κατεύθυνσιν και την συμπίεσιν του βάμβακος προς το οπίσθιον τμήμα του καλάθου. Επιπροσθέτως, τα συμπιεστικά τρύπανα χρησιμεύουν δια την επιβοήθησιν της μετρήσεως του βάμβακος από τον κάλαθον κατά την ανατροπήν εκφορτώσεως και είναι αναστρέψιμα κατά την ανατροπήν.ω
