Abstract

The boiler for low temperature water and exhaust fumes may operate without any problems of wear at low temperatures for water and exhaust fumes and is manufactured with common materials. Consists of the jacket -3-, combustion chamber -5-, air pipes -4-, flow rate regulators -6-, and exit chamber of the exhaust fumes lined with a fire resistant coat -2-. The flame of the furnace -1- radiates the low thermal conductivity jacket -3- and raises its temperature at 300 - 400 degrees Celsius. The jacket -3- radiates the high thermal conductivity fire resistant lining -2- and raises its temperature. A minimal quantity of the combustion chamber exhaust escapes between the jacket -3- and mirror -9- and contacts the mirror. Thus, moisture cannot be deposited on the walls of the exhaust fumes chamber. The advantage of this invention is that the boiler may operate intermittently ON and OFF under exhaust temperatures of 110 - 120 degrees Celsius and water temperatures of 30-90 degrees Celsius without any wear problems due to moisture deposits. The result is the increase of the efficiency level at limit levels and the operation of the boiler in low temperature water facilities thus having as a consequence maximum fuel savings.
