Abstract

The device for the performance of esophageal-intestinal ostomies consists of a hollow socket (1), an outer (2) and inner tube (3) telescopically connected between them, where both of these tubes communicate with the hollow socket (1) via their corresponding base openings (4, 5), of an elastic ring (6) placed on the inner tube's outer surface part (3) that extends more than the outer tube (2), of a primary liner (7) that bears two annular ridges (11, 12) for anastomosis formation and fitted in a way that the organ under anastomosis (7) is secured on that liner, of a second liner (8) that bears an annular ridge (13) for the securing of the other organ under anastomosis (10) on top of that, and of a catheter (14) which passes through the liners' internal areas (7, 8), tubes (2, 3) and socket (1), and has an edge (16) on top of which the primary liner rests (7).
