ρολογιακός μηχανισμός ασφαλείας ο οποίος παρέχει μία, δυνάμενη να ρυθμίζεται συνεχή τάση εις δύο ακροδέκτες εξόδου επί ορισμένου χρόνου, μετά την εφαρμογή μιας συνεχούς τάσεως επί των δύο ακροδεκτών εισόδου, χαρακτηριζόμενος εκ του ότι περιλαμβάνειένα ταλαντωτή με δύο ταλαντωτές τύπου τρανζίστρον του τύπου npn.
