Abstract

In a casing (10) for receiving an electrical apparatus, in particular a casing equipped with air passage openings for a fan (44), the fan wheel (50) of which and its electric drive (45) is surrounded on all sides by the casing which is formed from two casing parts (11, 12) and joined together detachably to form a unit, there is arranged inside the casing receiving the fan an additional two-part casing (31, 32) which completely covers the drive motor (45) and its electrical connections (47), the casing parts (11, 12) which are in each case to be interconnected being equipped with detachable catch means (24), the interconnection of which can only be released without destruction with the aid of a tool. <IMAGE>
