ΠΟΛΛΑΠΛΩΝ ΧΡΗΣΕΩΝ MULTIPURPOSE
ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ DESCRIPTION
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην κατασκευή ιατρικής μάσκας αμφίδρομης προστασίας πολλαπλών χρήσεων που μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί από ασθενείς ώστε να μη μεταδώσουν πιθανούς ιούς. Επίσης, μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί και από άλλους ανθρώπους ως μέσο ατομικής προστασίας ώστε να μειωθεί ο κίνδυνος εξάπλωσης λοιμώξεων ειδικά σε περιπτώσεις πανδημίας ή επιδημίας. The invention refers to the manufacture of a multi-purpose two-way protection medical mask that can be used by patients so as not to transmit potential viruses. It can also be used by other people as a means of personal protection to reduce the risk of spreading infections especially in cases of pandemic or epidemic.
Η ιατρική μάσκα αμφίδρομης προστασίας πολλαπλών χρήσεων αποτελείται από 3 τμήματα. Το πρώτο εξωτερικό τμήμα υφάσματος είναι από υλικό που χρησιμοποιείται για νοσοκομειακή χρήση και η σύνθεσή του είναι 65% πολυεστέρας και 35 % βαμβάκι. Πρόκειται για ύφασμα φιλικό προς το χρήστη. Εσωτερικά είναι ενωμένο με όμοιο ύφασμα με τέτοιο τρόπο ώστε να φαίνεται σαν ένα ενιαίο τμήμα. Το εσωτερικό ύφασμα διαθέτει οπή ώστε να τοποθετείται το τρίτο μέρος της μάσκας. Στο ενδιάμεσο τμήμα τοποθετείται φίλτρο από ειδικά κατασκευασμένο ύφασμα non woven το οποίο αποτελείται από 4 στρώσεις. Το φίλτρο είναι μίας χρήσης. Με τον τρόπο που κατασκευάζεται η μάσκα δημιουργείται άριστη εφαρμογή στο πρόσωπο ούτως ώστε το μεγαλύτερο ποσοστό αέρα που θα αναπνεύσει ο χρήστης να φιλτραριστεί. Το επάνω τμήμα της μάσκας που θα ακουμπάει τη μύτη φέρει λαμάκι από αλουμίνιο το οποίο με κατάλληλη πίεση από το χρήστη παίρνει ακριβώς το σχήμα της μύτης. Με τον τρόπο αυτό ο εξερχόμενος αέρας δεν εξέρχεται από την περιοχή της μύτης και τα γυαλιά του χρήστη δε θα θαμπώνουν. 5. 2 λάστιχα στήριξης. 5. 2 support rubbers.
Η ιατρική μάσκα αμφίδρομης προστασίας πολλαπλών χρήσεων διακρίνεται από έξι (4) πρωτοποριακά χαρακτηριστικά τα οποία χρήζουν κατοχύρωσης και αποτελούν τις αξιώσεις του Διπλώματος Ευρεσιτεχνίας. Το πρώτο χαρακτηριστικό είναι το εξωτερικό τμήμα υφάσματος που είναι από αντιμικροβιακό, υποαλλεργικό και αντιβακτηριακό φράγμα με σύνθεση 65% πολυεστέρα και 35% βαμβάκι (1). Εσωτερικά είναι ενωμένο με όμοιο ύφασμα ώστε να αναπνέει (3). Τα δύο υφάσματα ενώνονται με ειδική επεξεργασία ώστε να φαίνονται σαν ένα. Είναι ύφασμα ειδικά κατασκευασμένο για Νοσοκομεία και Κλινικές για να αντέχει στο συχνό πλύσιμο στους 60°C και τις συνεχείς απολυμάνσεις. Το ενδιάμεσο τμήμα της μάσκας κατασκευάζεται από ειδικό ύφασμα non woven 4 στρώσεων που αποτελεί το φίλτρο της μάσκας και είναι μίας χρήσης (2). Το τρίτο χαρακτηριστικό της ιατρικής μάσκας αμφίδρομης προστασίας πολλαπλών χρήσεων είναι το επάνω τμήμα της μάσκας που θα ακουμπάει τη μύτη όπου φέρει λαμάκι από αλουμίνιο (4) το οποίο με κατάλληλη πίεση από το χρήστη παίρνει ακριβώς το σχήμα της μύτης. Με τον τρόπο αυτό ο εξερχόμενος αέρας δεν εξέρχεται από την περιοχή της μύτης και τα γυαλιά του χρήστη δε θα θαμπώνουν.
