Abstract

The invention refers to closures or covers 20 of containers for facial tissues, wipes and in particular wet wipes, diapers and in general items that require to remain within a container 50, with no direct contact with the environment. The cover 20 includes an inner layer 22 and an outer layer 24, both having an inner face and an outer face, whereby the inner faces of the both layers 22, 24 comprise means to adhere to each other. The outer face of the inner layer 22 is at least partially coated with reclosable adhesive to adhere, to a container 50. The inner layer 22 has a detachable segment 35b, which adheres to the outer layer 24 and which has an outer face that is part of the outer face of the inner layer 22 and that it is at least partially covered with reclosable adhesive. The inner layer 22 and/or the outer layer 24 comprises means 34, 36 to allow separation and subsequent withdrawal of the detachable segment 35b from the cover 20. Further, the invention suggests a method for producing a roll with covers 20.

In addition, at least one of the inner layer (24) and the outer layer (24) includes a means outside the said boundary (35c) for removing the detachable part and allowing subsequent separation (35b) from the cover (20).

Claims

1. A cover (20) comprising an inner layer (22) having an inner surface and an outer surface and an outer layer (24) having an inner surface and an outer surface, and

• the inner surface of the outer layer (24) and the inner surface of the inner layer (22) have means to glue the inner layer (22) and the outer layer (24) together,

• the outer surface of the inner layer (22) is at least partially coated with a resealable adhesive to adhere, in use, at least partially to a surface;

• the inner layer (22) has a removable part (35b) glued to the outer layer (24) and which removable part (35b) has an outer surface which is part of the outer surface of the inner layer (22) and which is at least partially coated with rebonding adhesive,

• at least one of the inner layer (22) and the outer layer (24) includes a means (34, 36) that facilitates the separation and subsequent removal of the detachable part (35b) from the cover (20).

A cover according to claim 1, wherein the detachable portion (35b) has an inner surface that is part of the inner surface of the inner layer (22), and the inner surface of the detachable portion (35b) is at least partially coated with release varnish and adheres to an area of the inner surface of the outer layer (24), which area is at least partially coated with resealable adhesive.

3. A cover according to claim 1 or claim 2, whose means facilitating the separation and subsequent removal of the detachable part (35b) from the cover (20) comprises one or more notches (36) and/or one or more dashed cut lines (34) in the inner layer (22).

A cover according to any one of claims 1 to 3, which has a flap comprising a piece of the inner layer (22) and a piece of the outer layer (24), with a dashed cut line (34) between the detachable part (35b) and the part of the inner layer (22) of the fin (33).

Cover according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the inner layer (22) has a fixed portion (35a), the removable portion (35b) at least partially surrounds the fixed portion (35a) and between the removable portion (35b) and the fixed part (35a) there is a notch (35c) which facilitates the separation of the detachable part (35b) and the fixed part (35a).

Cover according to any one of claims 1 to 4, whose inner layer (22) has a fixed part (35a), the detachable part (35b) forms a ring around the fixed part (35a) and between the detachable part (35b) and the fixed part (35a) there is a notch (35c) which facilitates the separation of the detachable part (35b) and the fixed part (35a).

A package (50) with an outer surface, means on the outer surface allowing access to the interior of the package (50), the package (50) further comprising a cover (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 4 , whose inner layer (22) is glued to the outer surface of the package (50) and whose detachable part (35b) is glued to the outer surface of the package (50) with a resealable adhesive.

A package (50) according to claim 7, wherein the means on the outer surface allowing access to the interior of the package (50) is an opening and the detachable part (35b) sticks to the outer surface of the package (50) around from the opening.

A package (50) according to claim 8, with a lid (53) covering the opening, and the detachable part (35b) sticking to the outer surface of the package (50) around the lid (53).

A package (50) according to any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising a cover (20) according to claim 5 or claim 6, the means on the outer surface of which allows access to the interior of the package (50) is an opening with a cap (53) covering the opening, and the fixed part (35a) sticks to the cap (53).

A package (50) according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the cover (20) has a base (37), which base (37) sticks to the package (50), and a notch (36) between the base (37) and on the detachable part (35b).

A roll comprising a carrier and a plurality of self-adhesive covers (20) according to any one of claims 1 to 6 arranged along the carrier.
