Abstract

Novelty: a mechanical sterilization device for lavatory cisterns is disclosed. Constitution: a plastic flexible tube, an adjustment washer and an unsinkable item (polystyrene, wood). Purpose: to exclude sterilization methods based on electronic programmed devices, natural-flow devices, tablets or hanging sterilization means; to avoid the connection of the protruding tube with whatever unsinkable item or to an item existing in the toilet cistern or added therein. Advantages: easy installation and use of whatever sterilization liquid in precise quantities.

MECHANICAL TOILET DISINFECTION DEVICE

The device consists of a container, flexible plastic tube, an adjustable washer installed on a non-sinkable object (styrofoam or wood). The container connected from the bottom with a flexible plastic tube is placed inside the cistern wedged on both sides with pieces of styrofoam at a point above the water level (almost submerged), the tube is allowed to float in the water as long as its end is connected to a small unsinkable object. This will be the position closed.

The principle of operation of the integrated mechanical disinfection device comes from the province of Physics of communicating vessels. The container firmly fixed inside the toilet cistern on one side (where there is the corresponding space) and the edge of the plastic pipe protruding from the same container installed on a non-sinkable object (styrofoam or wood) on the other side, in combination with the water level in the cistern, the toilet, constitute the NEW METHOD of disinfecting the basin. At the moment when the cistern is emptied of water, the end of the pipe will be DOWN at the bottom of the cistern, then BELOW the level of the disinfectant liquid in the container, where with this position it will allow the liquid to flow into the cistern until it

refilled as before and brings the unsinkable object with the tip of the tube ABOVE the liquid level thereby shutting off the flow. This cycle is repeated until the disinfectant liquid in the container is empty. When the person at the bottom of the device sees that the water does not foam when he rinses the basin, then he opens the lid of the cistern and re-adds the liquid of his choice. The advantages compared to other similar devices are not one or two. ..Firstly, it will be very cheap to buy, secondly, it can be easily installed in almost all cisterns (except round ones), thirdly, it is unbeatable in terms of price-quality, because the disinfectant liquid can be any that the bottom of the device decides without commitment to third parties regarding the purchase of a specific commercial brand, fourthly, it drains the liquid with an exact amount, IF and only then WHEN the cistern is used and not constantly dripping while you are away from home.
