Abstract

Το ψιλό τρίψιμο του καρότου γίνεται τώρα πολύ γρήγορα και εύκολα λόγω της μεγάλης περιστροφικής ταχύτητας του δράπανου, με τα ίδια ποιοτικά αποτελέσματα με αυτό του χεριού, καθώς σταδιακά και αυξάνοντας τις στροφές στο δράπανο πιέζοντάς το, έχοντας σε αυτό μαγκωμένο το καρότο, σπρώχνει το καρότο στον τρίφτη, τρίβοντάς το και αφήνοντάς το τριμμένο στην κατσαρόλα. Και έτσι, με τους παράγοντες δύναμης πίεσης και στροφές δραπάνου, δίνεται η δυνατότητα πολλών διαφορετικών αποτελεσμάτων, χωρίς τον κίνδυνο διασκόρπισης του καρότου, λόγω της κατσαρόλας.
