Abstract

Η καινοτομία αναφέρεται στην κατασκευή εναλλάκτη θέρμανσης (σχέδια, 1, 2, 3 & 4) που περιλαμβάνει ενσωματωμένο ηλεκτρολογικό πίνακα (15) και αντιστάσεις (σχ. 1-2-3, αρ. 7, 9) για την ταυτόχρονη λειτουργία - συμπαραγωγή θερμότητας με συμβατικό λέβητα με καυστήρα. Χαρακτηρίζεται από το εμπόδιο υποχρεωτικής κατεύθυνσης νερού και αποθήκευσης θέρμανσης (σχέδια 1, 2, 3, αρ. 3), φυσικό ή τεχνητό πέτρωμα, καθώς και από τον υβριδικής λειτουργίας ηλεκτρολογικό πινάκα (15) του εναλλάκτη (1) που έχει συνδεσμολογίες - αναμονές (σχέδιο 4) και την δυνατότητα να συνεργαστεί με τα μηχανικά - ηλεκτρικά μέρη του λέβητα, του λεβητοστασίου και των ηλεκτρικών αντιστάσεων (7 & 9) του εναλλάκτη. Απαραίτητη η λειτουργία και των δύο συστημάτων και πηγών παραγωγής θέρμανσης (καύσιμη ύλη, και ρεύματος) ώστε να λειτουργήσει η καινοτομία. Ο εναλλάκτης συνεργάζεται με όλους τους λέβητες μια και η εγκατάσταση του συστήματος δεν επηρεάζεται από το είδος καύσιμης ύλης του καυστήρα. Οι βλάβες είναι πολύ μικρού κόστουςκαι αφορούν την αντίσταση. Η σύνδεσή του με τον λέβητα πραγματοποιείται στην γραμμή της επιστροφής προς τον λέβητα. Το υλικό κατασκευής του εναλλάκτη ποικίλει.
