Abstract

The invention relates to a vaned wheel W having the main shaft A1 and two or several frames FR provided with one or several spindles AX being set in parallel disposition to the shaft A1, where each spindle supports one vane (S1,S2,S3,S4) freely rotating at a small angle between the two terminal points (T1,T2) by, thus, alternately exploiting both fluid dynamics resultant forces ( the resistance FD and the buoyancy FL). All technologies of the present state of art exploit solely the FD force while the other –the FL force- creates severe troubles to the system and resists to the operation of this last. The invention’s technology finds application to the construction of wind generators and hydro-generators of any use or to the direct exploitation of the mechanical-rotary energy produced at the shaft.
