Abstract

Η προτεινόμενη μέθοδος Υδροηλεκτρικών έργων εφαρμόζεται σε οποιοδήποτε όρος και οποιοδήποτε ύψος του. Η περισυλλογή του νερού γίνεται διά κατασκευής τάφρου, υπό Κλίση περιμετρικά στο όρος, έχουσα στο πλάι δρόμο. Για τη δημιουργία απορροής και για παραγωγή ηλεκτρισμού σε κατάλληλες θέσεις στη λεκάνη απορροής θα τοποθετούνται στεγανοποιημένα φωτοβολταϊκά και ανεμογεννήτριες στεγασμένες ή μη και όπου αλλού χρειάζεται θα γίνεται επένδυση. Το νερό μπορεί να οδηγείται σε επενδεδυμένες φυσικές ή τεχνητές κοιλότητες και από την κατάλληλη πλαγιά του όρους θα κατέρχεται με αγωγούς προσαγωγής στον σταθμό παραγωγής, επιτυγχάνοντας μεγάλο ύψος πτώσεως, μικρό κόστος παραγωγής ηλεκτρισμού, σύστημα υβριδικό και άριστη καθοδήγηση του νερού για ύδρευση και άρδευση. Τα έργα στην Ελλάδα αυξάνουν περισσότερο από το τριπλάσιο το γνωστό οικονομικά εκμεταλλεύσιμο υδροδυναμικό. Επί πλέον τα έργα θα αποτελούν ζώνες πυροπροστασίας για τα δάση και διευκόλυνση στις αναδασώσεις, δηλαδή ότι καλύτερο για τη χλωρίδα και πανίδα. Η υπάρχουσα μέθοδος υδροηλεκτρικών έργων έχει περιορισμένη εφαρμογή και φτωχά αποτελέσματα.
