Abstract
The invention relates to the high-accuracy intercellular detection of the mycobacterium tuberculosis inciting disease or latent infection. The detection is achieved by immunofluorescence and use of flow cytometry in all biological liquids and cells suspensions. There is also described a kit for the application of the invention.
