Abstract
The invention relates to a wind generator having two systems of horizontally- and vertically-positioned blades 2, the blades of the one system being positioned in the void space of the blades of the other. A wind indicator assists the closure of the blade while for its opening an auxiliary blade is utilised at the base of the main one. At the base of the shaft there are placed the braking system, the gear box, and the power generator set either directly on the shaft or under angle. The arrangement of the horizontally-positioned blades is similar to the arrangement of the vertically-positioned blades while a gears system is placed between the two systems for inciting the rotation of a vertical shaft. Two vertical beams retain the horizontal shaft in position and allow the 360 deg-rotation of the air turbine. The mechanism assisting the closure of the blades is placed at the two ends of the shaft. The wind indicator is exclusively used for assisting the direction of the wind generator into the wind. The remaining elements are similar to these of the vertical shaft.
