Abstract
Ο «Μοριακός διασπαστής καυσίμου» (2) είναι μία κατασκευαστή παρέμβαση στους κινητήρες εσωτερικής καύσης (1), η οποία συμβάλλει, στην καλύτερη δυνατή λειτουργία τους, αυξάνοντας σημαντικά την απόδοση τους, ενώ ταυτόχρονα μειώνει σημαντικά την κατανάλωση καυσίμων και σχεδόν εξαλείφει την εκπομπή των ρύπων. 1 Ο «Μοριακός διασπαστής καυσίμου» (2) αποτελείται από έναν αγωγό (5) θερμού υλικού και ένα πτερύγιο (3), το οποίο με τη σειρά του αποτελείται, από το σώμα (13), το διαχωριστή όδευσης (4) και τα σκέλη (11, 12) του. Ο «Μοριακός διασπαστής καυσίμου» (2) τοποθετείται στην εισαγωγή (14) του αέρα καύσης και απέναντι από το μπεκ (9) ψεκασμού του καυσίμου, μιας μηχανής εσωτερικής καύσης (1). Από τον αγωγό (5) θερμού υλικού ρέει υγρό ή αέριο υψηλής θερμοκρασίας, από το οποίο μεταφέρεται η θερμότητα στο πτερύνιο (3) του «Μοριακού Διασπαστή Καυσίμου» (2). Αφού θερμανθεί το πτερύγιο (3) τότε το ψεκαζόμενο πάνω σε αυτό καύσιμο μετατρέπεται σε αέριο, αναμιγνύεται με τον αέρα καύσης και λόγω της αέριας μορφής των δυο στοιχείων έχουμε καλύτερη ανάμιξη και το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα, δηλαδή μείωση της κατανάλωσης καυσίμου και σχεδόν εξάλειψη των ρύπων.
