Abstract

Η εφεύρεση σχετίζεται με πολυλειτουργική διάταξη στερέωσης (1) για την ανάταξη και τη σταθεροποίηση καταγμάτων, ιδίως για χρήση με την τεχνική σύρματος Kirschner, με την εν λόγω τεχνική να προβλέπειτην εισαγωγή τουλάχιστον δύο συρμάτων (10) εντός του οστικού ιστού, με την εν λόγω διάταξη να χαρακτηρίζεται από το ότι περιλαμβάνει σώμα (2, 4), που παρέχει ένα ή περισσότερα στοιχεία παγίδευσης (3),με τα εν λόγω στοιχεία παγίδευσης (3) να προσφέρουν τουλάχιστον δύο πλευρικές κοιλότητες (5), με δυνατότητα εισαγωγής τουλάχιστον ενός των εν λόγω συρμάτων (10) σε έκαστη εκ των εν λόγω κοιλοτήτων, και μέσα σύσφιξης (8) κατάλληλα για τη συμπίεση του εν λόγω σώματος (2, 4) κατά τρόπο ώστε, μετά την εισαγωγή του εν λόγω τουλάχιστον ενός σύρματος (10) εντός της εν λόγω κοιλότητας, τα εν λόγω στοιχείαπαγίδευσης (3) να παγιδεύουν τα εν λόγω σύρματα (10) στην επιθυμητή θέση. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση επίσης σχετίζεται με συγκρότημα οστεοσύνθεσης, που περιλαμβάνει σύρματα Kirschner (10) εισαγμένα εντός τουοστικού ιστού σύμφωνα με τον τύπο εσωτερικής και ή εξωτερικής σύνθεσης, χαρακτηριζόμενο από το ότι αυτό περιλαμβάνει μία ή περισσότερες εξωτερικές διατάξεις στερέωσης, έναν ή περισσότερους σφιγκτήρες(18) και ένα ή περισσότερα στοιχεία πώματος, κατάλληλα για τη δημιουργία, ακόμη και ταυτόχρονα, ενός πλήθους συγκροτήσεων, κατά μήκος έκαστου επιπέδου.
