Abstract
Workroom dyeing machine of textiles of small dimensions for samples of textiles of a weight of 15 up to 150 grams, consisting of a body (1) that is uniform, solid and without weldings, that has a ring type concavity (29) sealed by a cap (4) forming the dyeing room (6), within which a rotating winch (2) is fixed, guiding the textile (5) to a jet sprinkler (3); the circulation of the dyeing bath is made by a pump (18), an aspiration pipe (19), a temperature sensor (21), a drain valve (17), a flowmeter (16), a filling valve (15), a filter (13) and a pressing pipe (14); there is a pressure sensor (11) for the protection of dry operation, a relief valve (22) and an overflow valve (12), while the inlet of chemicals and colors is effected by a valve (8) and the control of acidity is effected by a sampling valve (10). On its back side, the body (1) has a heat exchanger (20) for heating and cooling of the dyeing bath. The advantage of the invention is that, although it is of small dimensions,it simulates at a workroom environment the dyeing processes applied in the large production machines, achieving effectively the exact color tone of the textile without further tests, ensuring successful production procedure by saving sampling time, production time, and money.
