Abstract

Τηλε-ιατρική. Η αυτοματοποιημένη τηλε-καρδιογραφία αναφέρεται στην αποστολή, μέσω του μικροφώνου της τηλεφωνικής συσκευής και του τηλεπικοινωνιακού δικτύου, των ηλεκτροκαρδιογραφημάτων (ΗΚΓ) ενός ασθενούς, από το χώρο του, απευθείας στο κινητό ή το FAX ή τη διεύθυνση e-mail του καρδιολόγου της επιλογής του ασθενούς ή του συνδρομητού της τηλε-καρδιογραφίας, μέσω μιας αυτοματοποιημένης διαδικασίας.Τα ΗΚΓ καταγράφονται και εισάγονται στο τηλεπικοινωνιακό δίκτυο από καρδιογράφους-πομπούς διαμορφωμένων ακουστικών σημάτων. Το μέσον της αυτοματοποίησης είναι η χρησιμοποίηση εξοπλισμού και λογισμικού συστήματος IVR (Interactive Voice Response). Δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους καρδιολόγους να παρακολουθούν και να συμβουλεύουν τους δικούς τους ασθενείς, από μακριά, βασιζόμενοι σε καρδιογράφημά τους, τοοποίο θα έχει καταγραφεί πριν από λίγα λεπτά της ώρας.
